The cashier was sitting in the lobby talking to someone when I arrived. I paid for my pickup order and waited in the lobby for my name to be called. No one called my name when my food was ready. When I asked was it ready, I was told, oh sorry, its been sitting here for about 10 minutes. I was told it would be another 3 minute wait to redo my order. I waited and after 10 mintes, I was given cold wings and hot fries. The manager finally intervened and properly redid my order. I waited for almost 30 minutes total AFTER the time my order was to be ready. The service was absolutely awful!!!

Terrible. The last two times I’ve ordered out they’ve left out an item or two. The first time it was an order of French-fries then the next time it was the cheese sauce and dipping sauces… extra money in their pocket I guess. The lady that answered the phone wasn’t very helpful either. Won’t be going there again and I really loved this place back in San Diego, I guess Wngstop just doesn’t work out here on the other coast. Wingzone or Buffalo Wild Wings here I come.

Wingstop isn’t bad… Has potential but the seasoning on the wings are over seasoned… I’ve had lemon pepper wings before and they weren’t that seasoned lol… I do mean WELL seasoned… Hickory BBQ was ok… The smoke 9 sample… I’d pass but other than that Fries are good… Would I return? Maybe

The wings are always full of flavor and cooked just right. The lemon pepper are my favorite! The wait is reasonable and the service is pleasant.

Seems that they can’t read an online order. I pick up the order and the cashier reads back my online order to me and I get it home and it is missing items and wrong items too.

Pretty good. I am hooked on the the hot lemon pepper wings. They don’t usually have them on the menu but an employee recommended I try it. Glad I did!

Save yourself the time and go to Americas Best Wings. I ordered the 6 piece combo which was almost $ 10. Strike one it took them over 20 minutes to make my meal. Strike 2 the fries were cold and not done. There fries are fresh cut fries and were still hard and tough in the middle. The wings I got Louisiana Rub had no flavor and were so small. The best thing was the ranch dressing. I threw my food away half was thru which is very unlikely for me. Do not go was a waste of time and money.

Ok so after the first bite of lemon pepper wings and fries I realized that I was about to die from the sodium. While the wings without the salt are fantastic the amount of sodium on the fries will still kill you. So wash the fries and wings off before consumption. Staff is helpful but I don’t expect to see them for long if they are snacking on this food daily. While the wings are good I could only eat here once if I want to see 2016.

The wings are decent. Service not so much. I’ve ordered online and gone to the store to order. When I placed my order online I specified what time I wanted to pick up, arrived early and expected to wait. However, my food was ready. In fact, it had been cooked right after I placed the order, 2 hours earlier. I asked the young lady at the counter if they had the ability to see what time the order was requested. She said yes, then looked up my order and saw that I was about 15 minutes early. She apologized and handed me my bag. I handed it back to her and asked that fresh wings and and fries be prepared for me since I requested a specific pick up time. Second time at the restaurant was because my boyfriend loves them. I live closer so I picked up wings for dinner. The online system was down so I went in to order. The young lady who took my order told me it would take 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, wings were in hand. There were 3 other people waiting along with me and four young men in the kitchen. No reason for it to take 30 minutes. It’s really sad because this place has potential. The problem is that it’s run by teenagers more interested in socializing than working. To my surprise, one of them was the manager! The man that placed his order after me was given chicken tenders for«waiting so long», I was given a rude«sorry» from the young lady at the counter that was texting off and on while helping customers. The manager asked if I wanted 25% off my next order, I told him no because I wouldn’t be back. I already explained to my guy that if he wants wings, he has to go get them.

I ordered wings and fries. It was my 1st time coming to this place so I really didn’t know what were there packages and even if they had any. I called in my order because I have heard that sometimes it can be a long wait. When I called in my order there was no up-sale option from the cashiers. I ordered 20 wings and fries, I just felt like they could have up-sold and been able to get me to buy the 24 wings with fries combo. Now on to the food. There fries are too die for OMG. But the wings Lemon Pepper and BBQ(is what I ordered) is better at American’s best wings.

I stopped in here on a Friday night with my daughter. Wing Stop is very new to the Bowie area, so I ventured on in! We were greeted by a nice young lady at the counter who took her time explaining the menu. We order chicken tenders and fries for my fairer and lemon pepper wings and cheese fries! When I got the bag home not only did the not include my cheese fries but my daughters checked tenders was short a tender! I was pretty pissed after my long day and figured forget it, lesson learned! I will check my bag before I leave next time! What I did receive was pretty good! I had no complaints about my lemon pepper wings and my daughter was happy with her food!

Wanted to give this place a try but was sadly disappointed. Tried it during lunchtime and they had only 1 customer in the store so it definitely wasn’t busy. I ordered the garlic Parmesan and the hickory BBQ. My order took almost 30 minutes to get ready and to be honest the wings were almost as good as the ones I make at home and I’m no wing expert. The employees were just laughing and joking around not doing anything. I think they should have at least tried to get rid of the many flies that were buzzing around. Sad to say when I left the other customers were complaining about their wait time(2 more came in after me). Bowie residents like me will try to support any new local business but I don’t think I can justify mediocre food, long wait time and terrible customer service.

The level of service is horrible. I have yet to go here and have my order completed accurately. They dont seem to care that they wasted my time, therefore i wont be returning. Listening properly is an invaluable resource that there is a tremendous lack of. Too many young folks that are clearly not properly trained are running this establishment. I would be surprised to see this place survive. uuy

Just tried this place for the first time. The fries are sweet and salty and the wings are saltier! Oh the roll looks good but uncooked dough when you bite into. Will not try again.

I feel I give it a try. My first time and I order what they specialize in. Only to receive the small halves of wings pieces not whole wings. With some garlic parmesian sprinkled on. $ 9 price tag is ridiculous I could see $ 4.99 maybe but $ 9 is a rip off.

If your in Bowie Town Center and you’ve grown tired of the Five Guys and the food court, head over to the Wing Stop. I’m talking good food, good customer service, and atmosphere. They have two tvs, free drink refills, good music playing and most importantly of all, AC! It’s hot today so it’s very refreshing. I got the combo of boneless wings and traditional wings with two different sauces, fries and a large drink. Everything taste amazing! My boneless chicken is actual chicken and not just bread. Be mindful tho, if you are bringing your kids, there are no kids meals.

When I saw that a Wing Stop was opening in Bowie, I was instantly excited because I finally got to see what all the fuss was from Rick Ross! Being a fan, I knew he always rapped about the wings, and even owns some franchises, so I was excited to try them! Newly opened in the Bowie Town Center, Wing Stop specializes in chicken wings(traditional and boneless) with several different sauces/seasonings to choose from. Located between Three Brother’s and First Watch restaurants, Wing Stop offers a variety of sides to accompany their wings. Baked beans, coleslaw and French fries, just to name a few. Speaking of French fries, the fries here are some of the best I’ve had in a while. They have a hint of sweetness to them. They kind of put me in mind of Five Guys fries, but just a bit better. Just plain olé delicious! I highly recommend that you try them. I ordered the 10 piece combo with Lemon Pepper and Louisiana Rub wings. Combos come with fries and a fountain drink, or you could be like me and get an IBC cream soda instead. All food is prepared to order, so your wings come out pipping hot. The wings were a nice size, not scrawny like other wing places I’ve been too. I actually really enjoyed the flavor of the wings. Finally… I can actually taste the lemon in my lemon pepper wings! The Louisiana rub wings seemed a bit salty too me, but still good. Since I was a newbie, the cashier that assisted me was extra helpful and gave me plenty of suggestions to choose from. She was very eager to run down her personal preferences and what’s popular in the area. They had some really good songs pumping out the speakers and they have a tv playing, it goes well with the flow of the restaurant because it’s so laid back. Tables are available to dine in and carry-out options are also available. Free Wi-Fi is available, which is good because since the wings are prepared to order, it will give you some to surf the web or check in on Unilocal. Pretty darn good wings! I’m a fan! As my boy Ricky Rozay would say, «Still lemon pepper on my mutha ****** wannnngs!» *insert Rozay grunt!* lol
