1044 State Shots

I found this place to be such a pleasant surprise! I drive by this small but friendly establishment on my way to campus, daily and finally made it on a Saturday night. The bartenders were so nice, which was much needed after a not friendly experience at White Squirrel (insert eye roll).
The layout of the place is small, but super cozy, and nice dimmed lighting. There are a few small tables in the back and plenty of seating at the bar. Parking is super simple and there’s lots of it so don’t fret.
Prices are pretty inexpensive, if you ask me. And if you find a shot that you’d like to have as a cocktail — fear not, it can be done! My favorite has to be the Paige Turner, very delicious, fruity, and refreshing. It just so happens to be named after the bartender Paige — who waited on me.
