I travel a good bit on business and I’m always looking for good local places to try. Chickadee’s was a great find! I had the meatloaf sandwich with orzo pasta salad, and it was very tasty. The salad was fresh and flavorful, and the sandwich was simple and perfect. I just wish I could have tried the take and bake dishes — they looked scrumptious.

Just tried this place for lunch. Great deal for a bowl of soup. I had the soup of the day which was great — white bean, kale and butternut squash. Really tasty! I’m taking advantage of their take and bake option. Having a covered dish event on Friday, so they are preparing me a large chicken pot pie. All I have to do is bake long enough to brown crust and heat through. How convenient is that?! Give this place a try.
