Serenity Spa & Salon

I got a haircut here last week and it was great! I’m not sure why this salon is listed with 3 dollar signs, my haircut was very reasonably priced, $ 18 if you get it cut dry and $ 28 if you want it washed and styled as well.
I called that day and made an appointment (for a Friday afternoon) and the whole process was enjoyable. My stylist was timely, gentile, and confident in her skills. I will be making this my new regular place!

WORST PLACE OF BUSINESS EVER! Horrible experience EVER in a salon. I was an out of town Bride and called in for a quote for the week of my wedding. I wanted to see what they could do and then have them re-​do that style for the wedding day. They quoted me $ 45 over the phone for consultation/​trial run/​wedding day style all together. I came in for the consultation/​trial run and they charged me $ 40. I explained to the lady my quote and she didn’t seem to care. I also had 2 other people from the wedding referred to them and they came in to have service done also. I came in to have my hair done on my wedding day and the lady didn’t say but two sentences to me while I was sitting in her chair. That’s right, a nervous bride and she just did my hair in silence! Then I asked her if she talked to the person that quoted me the price over the phone. She said, «No». Then she charged me $ 30 for the wedding day hair style. I gave her a chance to correct the situation and she again, didn’t care. So much for $ 45 for all together. The stylists are RUDE and do not care about their clients.

I went for both a massage with Francesca and had a haircut by Cecelia. Everyone there was great and had a fantastic visit. Loved my haircut and felt amazing after the massage. I will definitely be going there again and can’t wait to get another wonderful massage. Definite recommendation!

I love Serenity spa and Salon! The place is always inviting with a relaxing feel to the place. The prices are reasonable and my hair always looks amazing after I get it done. They always take the time to listen to how I want my hair and recommend different styles for my hair type /​face shape. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a new hairstyle!

Hannah does a great deep tissue massage. I’ve gotten a lot of massages and she’s one of the best. Everyone is always very friendly here. I also got a manicure. It was fine, nothing special.

Love this place! I come in for my eyelash extensions, massages, hair appointments, mani’s and Pedi’s & more! Whenever I need to relax I come in and the girls always take care of me!

Yikes! I came in to get my roots lightened and she actually darkened them. Say what? Yes, it turns out I had actually wanted my roots to be several shades darker than the rest of my hair – permanently! Thanks salon stylist at Serenity for knowing what I want before I even do…
The waxing service was not only poor it was incredibly unhygienic. The waxer kept putting the applicator in her mouth as she was putting the strips on me. She also only used one the entire time. Gross!
Gallery Salon is much better and cheaper. I will definitely not be coming back here.
