Very slow drive thru, if you order a drink that is custom, beware your coffee may be wrong everytime

I love this Starbucks location. They are always super nice and friendly and I think a lil over caffeinated but I’m ok with that. They always help me with picking a drink if I want to try something different than my usual white mocha. Gotta say I’m loving the s’mores frappé.

I normally wouldn’t review a Starbucks because if you’ve been to one then most presumably you’ve been to them all.
I have to give this place one star. I’m here right at this very moment and the place is a mess. Did I just miss the rush or what? What grinds my gears more than anything is when I’m standing at the counter, obviously ready to order and the staff continues their water cooler chit chat. Hello? Customer waiting…
So, I order my cool delicious beverage and you know what guys? It’s not even filled to the brim, call me cranky but if I’m spending nearly 5 bucks for this peach green tea lemonade could you at least fill it to the top? It seriously looked like someone took 3 or 4 gulps from the cup and then decided to let me have a sip. Oh thanks, that’s sweet of you… NOT.
All in all, I’m not coming back. Thank goodness I’m just visiting.

I admit I don’t go to this Starbucks often, my fave is the Scottsville road store, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a good place for a cup o joe. It it! The staff is friendly and efficient. When I’m on this side of town I always stop in.
