My sister suggested we try a class here. The first class is free to see if you like it. We went on a Sunday and I thought it was great. This is a 30 minute circuit training workout with kickboxing incorporated into it. I did not sign up initially as I had been going to LA Fitness. I ended up starting last month because I think this is more what I need to achieve what I am looking for. Each circuit is timed and a buzzer goes off. The way this works is you can come in anytime while they are open and jump in once the next circuit starts. All the workouts are listed by the station and there is a trainer who quickly goes to each person to explain what to do if you don’t recognize the workout. For me this is great because I have no patience to wait for machines. I also like how effective and challenging it is. Another nice thing is when you join they start emailing you nutritional advice. I am really happy I signed up.
