Checkers

Took an order at the drive through speaker then asked for a milk shake and some apple pies and the lady said «wow» to our faces and acted very unprofessional would not come here again.

Do yourself a favor and drive to the hypoluxo and military location instead. These people will ignore you at the window. I’ve been several times over the course of a few years and could never get service. The other place is about a 5 – 10 minute drive so just go there instead.

Popcorn shrimp was great… the fries amazing. and the stuffed ice cream waffle cone SUPERB!!! This is what fast food should taste like!

checkers is the shit! we dont have any up north where im from but i just tried it and its amazing! get the chicken sandwichif youre not feeling a burger and you wont be disappointed

This place has the greasy fries and burgers that we all can not stand. Also, the two line system didn’t quite work well because I got there before the other people and they ended up going first. Oh well. When I got my burger it was dripping with greese. Now I can understand a little grease. But this was outrageous. Stay away unless you like long lines and greasy foods

I like checkers. They have great fries, shakes and lots of things with bacon! I recently discovered the Bacon-​zilla fries. Its loaded with melty cheese, ketchup and bacon. Delicious! The potato skins are good and messy too. They’re open late and they have banana shakes. I love that they use red onions in their burgers.

The best burger place in Florida. I lived in Palm Beach for about 4 years and am now back in NY. One of the things I miss most about living in Florida is the Checkers. I’m almost tempted to move there for the Checkers. I miss their food that much. Oh and the shakes and fries are also amazing.

Mmm. Burger and fries. Checkers have stepped it up. They got a lot of new items on their menu now while rocking their old items. I haven’t been to one in years, so today was the lucky one for them. Quick and yum-​o!

It’s Checkers /​Rally’s. Can’t go wrong. If you ask me (wha? you didn’t? Well, I’m going to tell you anyway.) Checkers/​Rally’s has the best fast food burger and fries out there.
Staff was friendly and food was prepared in a timely fashion. This one is a bit weird in that the entrance from the main road is one way only, but no big deal.

Baconzilla. Bacon-frickin’-zilla. Gotta love a joint that names a burger after a kaiju.
It’s like the guys in the corporate test kitchens were tweaked on meth when they decided to take two beef patties, throw some bacon on top of them, add slices of cheese, and for good measure, dump some Cheez-​Whiz-​like goop on there and then pick the weirdest fucking name they could pull out of their drug-​fueled lizard brains. Oh, yeah, let’s also slather some mayo on there — as if we weren’t already exceeding our daily caloric, saturated fat and sodium intake by dangerous levels.
But Sweet Baby Jesus, it tastes so good — like the sandwich alone probably qualifies as the eighth Deadly Sin it’s so indulgent. I’m no expert, but I’m almost sure they sold these things in Sodom and Gomorrah.
Fortunately, I can’t seem to find any Checkers in my neighborhood here on the Left Coast. Otherwise I’m sure I’d be next in line to be turned into a pile of salt for my gluttonous excess.
But what a way to go.

the corporate identity designers of checkers are a bit out of whack. due to the colors (black and red, for food?! they might as well be a gas station) i have always thought that checkers has bad food.
up until i was brought here for some chocolate banana shakes.
you see i am in love with chocolate banana flavored things. i cant tell you why but i am. but it wasn’t the chocolate banana shake that makes me give this place 5 stars.
it is the LOADED FRENCH FRIES. i have never gobbled that much french fries with so much gusto in my entire life ever. if they open a branch in new york city, i will certainly go for a fix.
their chicken wings? not exactly out of this world but for a fast food restaurant? they DO IT BETTER THAN A LOT OF SPORTSBARS.
i still think their restaurants look like gasoline stations — but if there’s good food in there, i dont care if their graphics confuse my brain. im just glad im extremely satisfied with their fast food.
