Elmo’s Rock Bar & Grill

What can I say? I LOVE Elmo’s. The bands vary depending on the night, but I always have fun there. The service is great. And if you like classic rock and you want to let your hair down sometimes, Elmo’s is definitely the place to party in Lake Worth. No matter what time I say I’m leaving, I end up staying until 3 a.m. (or even 4). The beer is cold, the food is good, the people are friendly, and the last set of the night is always awesome. Check out out!

I love bar food. Seriously, I LOVE BAR FOOD.
A) Everyone should have something to eat when they are drinking and
B) Who doesn’t love a good Chicken Sandwich or Delicious Greasy Burger with some French Fries?
Elmo’s doesn’t disappoint.
I’ve been to Elmo’s about 4 times now and they have consistently brought good service to my stool or table. The bartender knows how to check back, the cook knows how to cook and the drinks are reasonably priced.
Their Karaōke Night on Tuesdays is a well put on show with some very talented patrons that frequent the event. The Karaōke D.J., «Karaōke with Alex» has an amazing song selection and the patrons really know how to get down. Someone actually broke out some Ludacris. For those that don’t know, it’s not easy to rap along with a Ludacris song and he is often funny as hell. It truly tickled my funny bone. #TickleMeElmo

Now I know what you’re thinking, why a 4-​Star rating? Honestly, maybe it’s just the night that I am going but I like to reserve my 5 star ratings for establishments that offer experiences that you can’t get anywhere else. You know, the innovative. Make no mistake though, Elmo’s is truly a great place to eat and blow off some steam. Especially on a Tuesday.

Alex, my only server is great. I say nothing to her. She says nothing to me. I have my three drinks in solitary confinement, pays my tab, tips her and leaves without ever being noticed.

DO NOT COME! So ridiculous. Tried to play pool. Guy at bar with very young women (basically underage). Tried to hustle money to play pool. The guy was using vulgar language (cursing and being trash). When said not paying money to pay except the actual money in coin spot. Caused a stink. Bouncers took his side and threw us out. Really we Bought drinks to play pool. And then that happen. NEVER AGAiN! Watched another person get arrested outside. What kind of place is this.

Finally went here Saturday. What a fantastic place! The food is great, the music is awesome and everyone is very friendly. You will meet some colorful characters here that is for sure. Word to the wise this is a bar, you can smoke inside (yay for me). If that offends you then my suggestion is to find somewhere else to go and to not post your complaint in a review. You have been warned that it is a smoking bar!

I love this place! Great atmosphere. My husband loves to go here. I like that they are open until 5 am, so we can go here after the sports bars close :)

Their chili came highly recommended. My advice to you is; order the bowl instead of the cup. Once you start eating it, the cup is just not enough. Their prices are very reasonable so it’s not an issue. Their burgers are made EXACTLY the way you order the. The service is great too. Have a great time and enjoy the food.

Ok spot… Great for when you are out at creepy hours of the morning. Hate the smell of smoke though in this joint.

For a bar joint with rock music they have some amazing food!!! Their nachos are top notch, they even look delicious. The environment is awesome, the people are awesome and they have some awesome week night events like Tuesday karaōke and bingo Thursdays. Love coming to this place late after work too!

Come here on Saturdays and it’s always a good time. If you’re looking for a nothing fancy old time rock bar look no further. Great bands every weekend and good service for a busy place. It’s always a party at Elmo’s. There is a sweet surprise at 2am

I must say, above all else, the service at Elmo’s is Awesome. All of the staff members are friendly, fun and offer insightful recommendations.
Before I get ahead of myself, let me just point out that this is a Bar. Yes it has food, but it is a bar to begin with. A smoking one at that. A bit more ventilation for the smoke would leave me feeling better when I leave, but again, it’s a bar and I know what I’m getting into before I go.
Elmo’s has some fun video games, a nice billiards area and there’s Always someone interesting, employee or patron, to chat with at the bar. They also have fun events on different nights of the week like BINGO!
The live music is also great, I just wish it started earlier!
You’ll find Elmo’s tucked in next to Goodwill and behind the Movie Theater at the corner of Military and Old Boynton. If you happen to be driving down Boynton Beach Ave, you can turn into the complex with the Walmart Neighborhood market and get to it that way.
Elmo’s is a hidden little gem, right around the corner from all the shopping frenzy.
Treat yourself to a break from the Holiday Madness and pop into Elmo’s for that bite you need or that liquid calm you desire.

It’s what you came for if you are in the mood for a dive bar this is it. Bingo is great and if you are a smoker this is for you.

I would definitely say on CERTAIN NIGHTS this place is a great bar to go if you don’t have high expectations. However, some of the bartenders have a little bit of a attitude, I was once, I. D for Water… Yes. Water. My boyfriend was drinking a bucket to himself and I was drinking a water. Mind you, I am 28 years old, he is 23yr old. Kinda Ridiculous. But with the guy bartender or the older lady, its a great place.
