One of the worst Realtors I ever dealt with. The Real Estate Associate(Pat Swass) began assisting us until there were very few homes that available to our liking. We developed what we thought was a friendship because we live full-time in New Jersey, but like most of the time she was ALLANOUTTHEALMIGHTYDOLLAR! My wife and I were not even obliged to let her have a commission, but we are generous northerners. We stopped dealing with her and her agency because there weren’t homes that they felt fit into our taste. The homes that Pat was showing us were either older built or updated poorly. We decided to look at Mew Models in the area we like the most. After a day or two we decided on a community and the model we liked. We sat down with the salesperson and discussed the home and what the community had to offer. As courtesy, we called the Pat to let her know that we wouldn’t be looking at anymore homes. The saleswoman for the Pre-development asked us if we were working with a realtor and we said that we had in the past, but no longer. The next day Pat showed up and began getting involved with our negotiations and because we lived in New Jersey most of the time we took her advise. It was fine until the builder(CC Devco) began doing sub-standard work and she had to get involved. We began having nightmarish issues with the mortgage company. They became over-intrusive and Pat said I know someone at the mortgage company, Don’t worry they won’t try to screw you”! Famous Last Words??? The mortgage company refused to give us a Lock-In Rate until a week before we we forced to attend a walk-through and an hour later the closing. Now in New Jersey we have an Attorney Review to prevent the realtors and mortgage companies from conspiring against the buyer. Well it was Open Season because we spent a week waiting for the closing to take place, my wife and son had to return to New Jersey because this was an Expedited Closing where in New Jersey ONLY the buyer can request that! I was Explicitly told by Pat Swass from Home Run Realtors that what the builder(CC Devco) and the mortgage company were doing was a violation of Florida State Law by having a closing with three days of changing the Good Faith Estimate and then further charging a Penalty Fee of $ 200.00 a day for not closing on the house. The Real Estate Associate(Patricia Swass) wanted the sale do badly she got her Realtor on the phone and reaffirmed that Laws were being broken and as my Realtor, her and her Real Estate Attorney would assist my wife and I in filing complaints against the mortgage company and the mortgage assignor. They were so sure that the mortgage company was breaking the law that we were told by both the realtor and Pat that the company and the writer would have their license suspended«Definately»!!! Well the closing didn’t take place that week and we had to return to New Jersey and as soon as I got there the company demanded that I return three days later or face additional fines for not closing(Worth having a realtor??) and remember Patricia Swass’s words«Don’t worry they won’t try to screw you»! THEJUSTDID!!! Pat NEVER attended the closing as my Real Estate Representative but promised someone in her office would be there(they showed up as we were signing the final sheet of mortgage paper) and didn’t. THENWENEVERHEARDFROMPATANDHOMERUNAGAIN!!! THEYREFUSEDTOHELPUSHOAFTERTHEMORTGAGECOMPANYORTHEUNDERWRITER. THEYGOTTHEIRCOMMISSIONANDREFUSEDTOTALKTOUSAGAIN!!! We paid two points more than we should of on our mortgage and paid points with more credit than eighty percent of New Home Buyers. STAYAWAYFROMPATSWASSANDHOMERUNREALTORS!!!

Almost immediately, Jeff contacted us and got the ball rolling. He helped us narrow our search and even set up a link for us so we could review only the homes that met our search criteria. It was a very handy and user-friendly tool to have. Jeff and Doreen are very knowledgable about the area and helped us find our ideal rental home. We had a long list of requirements and they were very patient and honest with us and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Keeping in touch was easy, as they were always available via email, text or phone call. They made the move to Wellington extremely easy and as painless as possible. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to use Jeff and Doreen and look forward to using them in the future when we purchase a home.
