Greedy scumbags!
Called them before driving over to ask how much they charge to patch up a tire, they told me $ 30 plus tax. I drive over pull out out the wheel, and right am told that they can’t repair the tire because it has no thread. That’s just absurd because the thread indicator is bellow the thread and not that it matters much, but Mercedes told me yesterday that I have another 5−8k miles to go before needing to replace. I realized that this rejection was probably laid down to sell me new tires, sure enough as I start walking away the guy tells me «I can sell you some new tires though.»
What an a-hole!
Morale of the story is they don’t want to spend 15 minutes patching a tire for $ 30, when they are used to selling new tires to clueless people for ten-twenty times of what it costs to just fix a tire.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. All was going well until I was about to leave. Naturally, they failed to rotate the tires properly so I asked them to do it as they were supposed to. Of course, the «mechanic» insisted he did do it properly when of course he did not. Pisses me off!!! Prior to service, I marked the tires to check their work so I had proof! Nonetheless, they went back and corrected but it wasted my time due to their incompetence. Can’t we just take our cars to get services and not worry about getting shafted???

Bait and switch!!! From my online quote to the call made concerning appointment. Searched online for the tire I wanted found it at the price I wanted to pay, when I was called to confirm my appointment the call back was unprofessional, calling me «dude» and «man» I would have been OK with that, but then just lies about how I had gotten a quote for the wrong size tire and when I said no here is the correct size that I ordered, «oh we don’t have that size and no one else does either dude that’s not the right size for your vehicle» which by the way is the size stamped on the door panel on my vehicle. Needless to say appointment canceled. Don’t care to be lied or deceived even a little bit when it comes to my vehicle. Zero stars

On 6÷9÷2015 my car was dead. I called AAA. He told me it was the starter not the battery. He was correct. I brought it to Firestone off Military Trail in Boynton Beach. They charge me $ 25 to test it to make sure it was the starter which the AAA guy was right with that. It took ²¹⁄₂ hrs. to fix it. Never called. They charge me 187.99 for the starter LABOR WAS $ 243.49 Shop Supp was 14.61 with tax was $ 472.86. This is outrageous. NEVER will I go back there. They also said I needed new tires, spark plugs, new gasket which my old mechanic already did. Shame on them. JERKS

They have issues. I was given a quote both on line and in store. After waiting a hour and a half. I was told it would be $ 200 more. Not good! There are too many other tire centers in the area– with better stock– better prices and you will not have to deal with the ‘curve balls’.
