It was my first time in today, I had given blood earlier so me having to fast since 7am made me one starving girl by 11am. I was alone say immediately when I walked in. I ordered the strawberry lemonade which tastes extremely fresh! Free refills on it too! My waitress was beyond nice and kept up with me, always made sure I had everything — even gave me such a wonderful compliment, such a kind soul she was! She made my experience a truly great time. I ordered the breakfast burrito, HOLYMOLY is that dish PACKED with flavor! Served over a chili type sauce melted cheese over it, with sides of shredded lettuce — topped with guac and sour cream. Every bite was amazing, banging with all types of flavored! The burrito is stuffed with egg,(sausage but I ordered without) potatoes, green onion., amazing! With a side of home fries that were nice and crispy! Definitely will be back again. They have some great options and numerous types of things to pick from. I really want to try their whole wheat pancake next!

I had the best egg white omelete, ever!!! Fluffy, light and buttery. It wasn’t over cooked or under cooked. The eggs benedict my hubby had was wonderful. And i have to say it was nice to eat a breakfast that didn’t taste like everyone else’s order. My omelete didn’t have the after taste of someone’s bacon or sausage. This will be our go to every Sunday!

Food just ok. Expensive for breakfast, I think. Very clean and staff very accommodating. Ask waitress for recommendation. I didn’t and was sorry with my choice.

Was greeted at the door with a warm welcoming from a new host named Joan. After 10 mins from being seated, my family and a few other tables notice how the manager(TONY)was yelling disrespecting this poor employee Joan. He just would not stop so she ended up walking out the door. We where very up set that this poor woman was so nice and did nothing wrong. Will not be coming back again.

First time there, live the selection. Little details like asking if you want toast dry or buttered, bringing a pitcher of both water and coffee big glasses of fresh OJ, lots to pick from on menus. Fast setting time even with 10 people in front of us. Eric is exceptional with his service!

Gf ordered: Ordered turkey sausage was presented with bacon trips. When I asked for the turkey sausage I got PORK instead. The viva la France French toast wasn’t cooked fully, still tasted like raw batter. I ordered: the Santa Fe Huevos were not executed properly, the tortilla was flooded with sauce the whole thing looked like soup. The ranch potatoes were pale and cold, they had that frozen taste to them.

Very good breakfast food, giant portions. My only complaint is that I am from denver, and the Denver menu is much better(different items) and also they serve mimosa’s at the one in Denver near us… but overall a great experience of eating ‘at home food’ 2500 miles away from home.

Slow, slow, slow service. Took an HOUR to get two Mediterranean frittatas that were greasy, rubbery, and overcooked — not to mention missing the spinach we had requested. Fruit was old, one English muffin nearly burnt, the other barely warmed. Server tried to get an adjustment; her manager generously took 10% off the check.

Scrambled eggs were cold, the waitress seemed in a rush and annoyed when asked questions. I get it, the place was busy, but your interaction with the customers should still be delightful.

Met a friend for breakfast(my second time here). My first visit wasn’t spectacular but this one was better. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. We were served fairly quickly. Enjoyed the mint ice tea which was out of the norm to find, it’s usually sweet or unsweetened around town. My friend suggested french toast cinnamon bun. It was delicious and not overly sweet. Definately would order it again. Eggs were terrific and should be given the name.

SO there I was, sitting at the Egg & I. This is strange because«I» don’t like the«egg». Or milk. Or cheese. Or fancy things like cinnamon apple pecan pancake with imported goat hair. I like pancakes. Bagels. Waffles. I ended up having to order a side waffle and bacon because just about everything comes with something I did not want. However, the waffle… the plane waffle sitting lonely on the plate with 3 pieces of bacon, was very good. It was soft which I tend to not like as much as the crispy kind. The syrup was descent. I do like real syrup but I have come to grips that a restaurant wont stock real syrup that costs 50 cents an ounce. Not the way some people drink the stuff. The bacon was not over done. It was not very meaty either which is not great. I wish I could tell you more but as you already found out, I eat pretty plain breakfast. The staff was friendly and fast. It was a Monday at 830 so the three servers and 2 guests were pretty easy to deal with.

Tried The Egg and I out for the first time today and unfortunately was pretty disappointed, not to mention grossed out. I ordered the patriot waffle not knowing I’d get a little more than I asked for… When my waffle came I noticed something black on the raspberries… Upon further inspection it was black mold… And there was ALOT of it on all of them… Still hungry and grossed out I had it sent back. On top of that, all of the rest of the food brought out was cold… Sent it all back and decided to leave. The waitress was a sweetheart about it all and got the manager. The manager, although nice about dropping the bill and offering to remake the food, didn’t offer any other sort of compensation(like a voucher at least) for the time wasted having to wait for moldy & cold food to be given to us. I politely declined the offer for the remake and decided to go elsewhere. All in all won’t be returning to this location.

No no and no. I’ve come to this Egg & I on multiple occasions since they’ve opened. The interior is modern and very open. They did a nice job with the decorating. They do offer a free private meeting room as long as you purchase food. The service has always been just OK. I’ve never seen the same employee twice at this place. I find it to be quite odd to have that much turn over. I’ve had their eggs Benedict and have found the hollandaise sauce to be watery and have no flavor to it. The eggs have also been over cooked on multiple occasions. The Popeye frittata is decent. It consists of Egg whites, spinach, tomato and chicken. The consistency with this dish has been much better. My only issue is that the taste is bland as they don’t season it. So basically I have to load it with salt and pepper to enjoy it. Considering all of my experiences here I can’t recommend it in good faith. I also think that there are breakfast places nearby that are more consistent and offer a much better product. To be fair I haven’t been here in months so they may have gotten their act together now. I should also state that maybe the food has been inconsistent due to the high employee turn over.

This is a relatively new place, a large breakfast and lunch diner type establishment. Most of my attendance has been with a large group in their private dining room. Service, even for a large group was excellent. There are many a dishes, as one would expect. Those that I have had were excellent. There is a skillet scrambled type thing that is wonderful. My other favorite there is a chicken salad sandwich served on toast. This place is well worth the visit.

I ordered an omelette that was repeated correctly back to me by the waitress. Yet, somehow the omelette that was initially brought to me was entirely wrong!!! That’s no problem. What sucks is, why did it take more than three tries? First, they bring the same omelette back, saying it’s correct. Then, they bring two different whole egg omelettes and when I questioned them being egg white, stated they were. It was clear they were not. And, with the last omelette that was brought out, the most correct of them all, I was told the avocado was on its way, to be served as a side. About 5min later, yet another person came to the table stating their avocados were not ripe but they would serve it if I so desired. Worth the extended screwup of a wait? Nope. I am fairly certain I met the entire wait staff, as they sent a new person with every mix up. Although I’ve never been, it’s no wonder the place across the street is packed and this place dead.

Went about 9 on a Sunday Morning and it was surprisingly not yet crowded and were seated right away. It was bright and cheery inside a fact both my kids said out loud which I thought was odd(them saying it out loud not the décor). Our waitress Lisa was pleasant, prompt and attentive the entire meal. The coffee was the highlight of the meal. They had 3 choices Dark Roast(Wife and Daughter enjoyed very much), Hazelnut which I enjoyed and drank the entire pot with one to go. They also had a Season Blend(Pumpkin) which we did not try. I got the Egg-ceptional Omelet for $ 9.49 and was underwhelmed. It was 98% egg and barely any taste or sausage, ham, bacon, or mushrooms. Mostly just a flavorless big scrambled egg. The potatoes had minimal flavor as well. My wife suggested maybe it was supposed to be a healthy version(think she was joking). My wife got the Blueberry Pancake $ 9.79. First all the pancakes are whole wheat which is fine if you like whole wheat. She said it had no real taste and only ate half. She had a side of eggs over medium and was unsatisfied with this as well. On a positive my son got the Belgian Waffle Eggspress $ 8.79. He enjoyed it very much and said it was very filling.(He also said he still likes mine better… just say-in) He said the eggs that came with his meal were OK… but he left most of the eggs on the plate My daughter got the Viva La French Toast $ 8.79 and was very pleased and said the French Toast melted in her mouth. She said her eggs were good but said her syrup ran on top of them and did not finish them(not the restaurants fault :)

Breakfast food is delicious. Always a good idea in my book! When the Egg and I opened in Boynton, I was quite happy and have dined there multiple times with to go and dine in orders. My ultimate favorite is the Parisian Benedict on a croissant… a croissant! Yes, please! I’ve had poached eggs before and this is amongst the best. I’ve tried their lunch sandwiches and recommend the Arizona Turkey.

Very cute place, with bright colors inside. Definitely felt comfortable walking in there, and the staff was friendly right from the start. Our waiter, Erik, was fantastic! He was patient and attentive, and our orders were perfect. I had the chicken apple sausage scramble, which was awesome! It came with ranch potatoes(I ordered them extra crispy, thanks to the suggestion of our waiter). My boyfriend had the Vera Cruz(i think that is what it was called)… egg whites, chicken breast, avocado! He said it was awesome, and he also enjoyed his fruit, potatoes, and sourdough bread! We will definitely be back… Maybe even next weekend to try the seasonal Pumpkin Pecan Waffles!
