Been here only for their Signature Pedicures & I just love them! Danny usually does mine, and he is great! The salon is very nice, and I like how they have you sit at the bar while they’re getting ready for you. They offer many drinks! I love getting the lychee mimosas! I really enjoy the atmosphere. They make the pedicure worth $ 65 !

The worst customer service ever, always late, have more excuses than my kids as to why… then have the audacity to lie to you in reference to it, …a company i9s only as good as their manager, and this manager is the worst, employees roll in when they feel like it, wouldn’t let them touch my dogs nails, YUCKKKKKK

My Man, Ēllîo (El-​lee-​oh) (that’s what I call him), always takes care of me. He’s Fast, Fun & Fantastic. That’s F to the third power. In 1973 to 2001 I was living in ‘ville so I know Florida from the Gulf Shore to Miami Beach. (Never made it the Keys). West Palm Beach show my boy some cause he’s & he’s all «holstered» up. Go see him you’ll see what I’m talking aboot.

Elliot is an incredible hairstylist! He works with my curly hair effortlessly and always makes it look amazing whether I want it cut short, trimmed, colored, or highlighted. His passion for making every client feel good and look even better is clear. Elliot is talented and caring and I would highly recommend the experience of having your hair done by him. You will not regret it.

I’ve been here a couple times and I really like the laid back feel of it. The fact that they have beer (great local beer!) and wine is very cool. Everyone is friendly. Matt did a good job on my color and talked me into a Keratin treatment. So glad I did it. I love how manageable my hair is now. I would suggest this place for men and women. They have recently opened up a barber shop section which caters to men. Haircut, cold craft beer, in a nice setting … yep, I’ve found my new go-​to spot.

Tipsy was a great place to pamper ourselves! We spent a Monday afternoon there having a few drinks (complimentary!) and getting our hair done. We cannot say enough about Rafael, his cut and color on both my mom and I were of the best we’ve had! Highly recommend :-)

I get my nails painted white quite often and know that they don’t last for a long time, but I just got my nails done yesterday and they’re already starting to crack and show lines. I liked my manicurist but I’m thinking they might need to recall the white gel…

I don’t usually write reviews but everyone in this area needs to know about ELLIOT.
I’m so sad he is leaving NYC. I have been coming to him for over a year now and I don’t let anyone else touch my hair. Unlike many talented hair stylists, Elliot takes the time to really LISTEN to exactly what you want. He is just as lovely to be around as he is talented. Elliot is gifted at BALAYAGE!!! Everyone asks me where I get my hair done. He also gave me the cut of my dreams which is BOTH trendy and natural. I don’t know what I am going to do without him!
But you Floridians are lucky and in the BEST hands!

I been seeing Elliot for the past 3 years. Found him in NYC and follow him to Florida… I came in for a color correction and to fix damaged hair, we got rid of black build up and he did a very nice balayge brown, what he does with color is magic!

Elliot is a top-​notch hair stylist. He gave me a great cut and beautiful blonde ombré and it came out better than I expected. I trust the crap out of Serge when it comes to my hair and he always does a great job. He is a true expert. He’s also just a fun dude– love chatting with him — makes the entire process much more fun ;) Would highly recommend.

Rene gives me the best haircut I have ever had. She’s very professional and personable. The products the salon uses are top of the line and ones Rene suggested I use at home keep my hair looking great. I highly recommend Rene for anyone who is looking for a stylist.

Elliot is absolutely incredible. Words cannot describe how talented he is! He had to color correct my hair that was absolutely bleached to crap, in which he turned my hair into a beautiful balayage, and he managed to keep my hair extra healthy and shiny, despite all the damage at a previous salon. Since that time last year, I’ve been going to him for a variety of colors to which he amazes me everytime. Just this last appointment he took my hair from dark brown to a gorgeous lavender, and gave me a stunning lob. I don’t trust anyone else in the universe with my hair but Elliot. Whatever you want to do with your hair, he’ll help guide you with his never-​ending knowledge. Plus he’s super kind and easy going! Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with him! You will not regret it!

Elliott is affordable, personable, professional, polite, and very well put together. He totally made my experience. Everyone else was very nice too and supportive. I didn’t have a problem bringing my service dog either. Everyone was welcoming and the environment was loving. Definitely good vibes. There’s also no chip on the shoulder bs going on here if they need a second eye to be completely sure they are on point they make sure they ask for help which is extremely important. If give more stars if i could!

Elliot does an amazing job with cut, color, and styling. I got a wash, color (natural black to brown balayage), and a beautiful blow out. He also used olaplex on my hair. He’s so friendly and funny, and easy to talk to. He does quality work and I would definitely recommend him!

I had a wonderful experience back in November of 2015 at this salon! It took me so long to write this review because I couldn’t find it under their former name! But I’m so glad I finally found Tipsy again on Unilocal!
Making the appointment was easy. I was quoted $ 115 for a partial highlight and trim.
Lauren was my hair dresser. A fellow blonde, I felt she really understood what I wanted. I wanted to keep my golden hue and still have my roots looks natural but unseen. She gave me exactly what I wanted and was super charismatic and welcoming.
I just moved back down to Florida and I had been looking for a new salon to call my own but until today I hadn’t found y’all! I kept looking for Yossi! I will definitely be back

Walked in on a whim and specifically asked for Kevin. He was hands down the best manicurist I have ever been to. He took his time and Made sure my nails were perfect. I live far away from the salon but will gladly make the trek just for him! He was awesome and I love my nails and I am super picky!

I am sad to say that ever since Tipsy took over this salon, it has gone to crap. What was once a busy, fun, friendly environment is now depressing and quiet. Yossi is still a stylist and Melissa still does nails, which are only reasons I step foot in there. The entire atmosphere has changed… They didn’t even decorate for Hanukkah! How disrespectful to decorate for Christmas but not honor the Jewish holiday. Such a shame to see a place so great go down the toilet.

Yes it’s true Yossi Salon is becoming Tipsy, I’ve been seeing Melissa for pedicures for several months now and I couldn’t care less about salon drama. Every single time I call someone friendly always answers the phone and helps me. Every time I go in I’m always greeted and offered a beverage. Most importantly Melissa is fantastic and that is the bottom line. It’s never easy for anyone during a business remodel. The employees who are there all seem to be working hard and the clients all seem very happy. I know I am. I think 5 stars is deserved when the service I receive is so great I don’t focus on anything else.
