Worst customer service ever. The few young guys who work there are always so helpful, however, the managers and the females are rude and lazy. AVIODTHISLOCATION!

I remember when this use to be Lionel Playworld when I was a kid… The store has everything, but is showing its age a bit.

We pay our dues with donating to Toys for Tots every year. The kid in us makes us light up with joy when we see all of the toys available. The store was clean and the Babies R Us stores are now combined with Toys R Us. It is however, disorganized. The sections and aisles are confusing when you are trying to find something. Some staff members are jolly while others wish they were at home. It’s a hit or miss.

This store is not in the business of trying to sell anything. There are serious a/c issues in this store, as it is constantly warm. That turns the customer off from shopping there when you sweat walking into the door. They yell«welcome to Toys R us» at you once you walk in, which is very off-putting. I was looking for a TRU exclusive item but had to battle three employees standing and talking around guest services to get anyone at guest services to see that an actual customer was there. The sales rep looked up the items and dismissively said that it’s not in stock and must be discontinued. I explained it’s a new item launched for the holiday season, so it would not be discontinued, and she just rolled her eyes at me. Luckily, there is a Target across the street that sells very similar toy items with much better service.

Oh, Jeffrey the Giraffe. what a sad, sad fall from grace. This Toys R Us is in serious need of a pick me up. The building itself is old and dingy, both inside and out. The staff doesn’t seem overly enthused to be there helping you, or just are not knowledgeable. When I was a kid Toys R Us was the end all of toy stores. Now it is a disorganized, old looking, mess of a store. The child in me is so sad :( A face lift and happier staff would completely turn this place around.

This place is pretty run down. I was in desperate need of a birthday present for a 10 year old and decided to look around. I found a mini marshmallow shooter for $ 20 but when I brought it home, my boyfriend thought I got it at the dollar store. It was pretty obvious that the quality was poor but that was all I can find in that price range.

I took my 19 month old son to the store to look around. Taking a kid to a toy store can be stressful but overall we had a good time. They had a great selection of all types of toys, even though my kid was into toys that were recommended for children about 10 years older. Checkout was the only annoyance. There was one checkout lane open with two people in front of me. The cashier said someone in electronics could help me right away, and she paged that person saying I was coming over. Little did we know that guy in electronics already had a customer who spend about 5 minutes trying to pick out a game boy game for his kid(who was not there). Once my turn to checkout began I was first asked to buy a warranty on a $ 29.99 Sponge Bob notebook(are you kidding?). I refused. I was told I needed to get batteries for the toy, and yet, the batteries it came with were working fine. Other than that, no problems and I will probably come back just so my son can enjoy himself.
