Bottom line, severly overcharged. I brought an Army uniform in to be pressed. When I tried to explain that it was clean and I only wanted it steam pressed the woman could not seem to understand why I would want that even though told me that starch shows up on radar. I brought it in on Monday with a Friday pickup which also seems excessively long. To top it off I was charged nearly $ 19 for a top and bottom. I have been living in Reno where it normally costs around $ 8 so I called the other dry cleaners in the area thinking that maybe it is this area. They all quoted me around $ 10. Finally when I tried to pay with a credit card she said they didn’t take them because the credit fees would have to be passed on to the customer. I could understand that being a concern for a small business if they were not charging 190% of the going rate. Maybe I am only speaking for myself, but I do not mind paying for the convienence.
