We were easterners on a vacation trip to attend a family wedding in Livingston. My workhorse Canon 18−55mm lens lost the ability to communicate with my Canon T3i DSLR body (other lenses worked fine), so I needed a replacement pronto. These guys saved my bacon. They had a used EF-S18−55mm f/3.5−5.6 IS lens for sale for about a THIRD of what I was expecting to have to spend (remember, I’m an easterner!). That plus a used UV filter (I’ve never encountered «used» filters before) and I was on my way in 15 minutes. DEE-​lightful!

I made a special trip here after flying into Helena from California and heading down to Big Sky. Camera badly needed cleaning. Stopped in late afternoon and when I picked the camera up 90 minutes later, I found that they not only cleaned my camera but also replaced a part that was damaged. I paid a little extra for the «rush job» but the total price was very fair, as were the parts and other replacement and cleaning items I purchased. The guys were extremely professional, knowledgable and friendly. The store was well-​stocked with a wide variety of items. I highly recommend this camera shop. I was so grateful for their help.

Great place for a camera! We were in the market for an entry dslr and immediately were helped by Brian. He was so knowledgeable and explained the features to us so we could understand what we wanted. I had researched online but it is so much better to see and feel the camera before buying. I am partial to Canon and the camera Brian recommended was also on special and with an instant rebate — we got the Rebel t5. Being from Butte, it was definitely worth the trip to Bozeman to invest in a new camera. We will return for future purchases.

Went into the store on a whim, looking for a wide angle lens. The owner, Marshall, was so helpful and knowledgeable and offered expert advice. I felt so comfortable talking to him and he did not push the most expensive equipment on me. He showed me several different options & let me choose. This is a top rate camera store. He even offered me advice (cleaned up my camera body a little for me) on my existing equipment!

I spend time in Ohio and West Yellowstone, Montana. When I go to Bozeman, I try to stop by this store as I have had nothing but good experiences from them over the years. They have knowledgable people and when they sell you something they help you with whatever you need cleaning a lens, learning how to do DSLR video, suggesting better equipment and showing one how to utilize it. They can’t meet mail order prices on everything but they make up for that fact by adding extreme value to each of my visits. My price checks show that they have the best prices and the best service from SLC to Bozeman.

One of the things I truly miss about Bozeman is this great camera store. It’s off the main downtown drag, but worth the extra drive up 7th. Excellent service with staff that is actually there to help you buy the gear you need. They recently expanded and have just about everything you could need in new and used equipment. Cases, cards, tripods, tripod heads, sticks, filters… and a rental dept with cameras, lenses, lights and stands. A full Canon dealer. What more could you need?
