Journey Rent-A-Car

I had a great experience at Journey rent-​a-​car. The car I rented was 5 – 6 years old with 50k miles on it but ran well and got good gas millage. I was especially please with the return process. A quick walk around the car, and I was out of there. I would rent from them again without hesitation.

I had a friend in a pickle and sent them to journey car rental and Taylor took awesome care of them. They had the best rate and the cars were in great condition. Couldn’t imagine having to use anyone else.
I can’t thank them enough! They seem to go above and beyond to take care of the customers because while we were there, they wee picking someone up from the airport with out the airport costs to renting cars.

JOURNEY! Wow. Way to get me out of a bind with the pickup and cheap rates! 5 star all day!

We rented a Dodge Durango for a ski trip to Big Sky and had an excellent experience with Journey. They were there at the airport to pick us up and were there at the airport again when we dropped off the car. Nice people and the cost was less than the big car rental companies. We like to support a local business that provides a good value and Journey does that.

I’ve rented several times from large firms where you stand in line and 1 out of 3 times you get what you booked. We found Journey through our vacation rental company. What a sigh of relief. They picked us up at the airport, helped with all travelers, bags etc. Our car was what we booked and was quit satisfied. We parked the car in the closest parking space and they picked it up. Deal done!
These guys were a pleasure to do business with and will use them again!

When I called to inquire about renting a car, Josh answered all my questions and offered solutions for some of the things that I said I might need. I didn’t end up making a reservation at the time because I wasn’t sure if I would still need one. I called a couple days later on the morning that I did, not sure if I would be too late, but Josh said that he had cars available and that he would be there to meet me. And within an hour after that call, I had one, along with the bike rack that he installed and showed me how to use. All I had to do was show my ID, proof of insurance, and credit card. After the weekend, I returned it with a full tank as agreed and that was it. The guys at Journey were all very friendly, polite, and accommodating, and the SUV I rented worked perfectly, (except for a minor electrical glitch that caused me to have to roll down the back window from that window itself, rather than from the driver’s side). Will definitely use Journey again when the need to rent another car arises. Thank you.
