PD Properties

Not so professional as they claim. Here at the Griswold Townhouses you’ll see why. The back yard is covered in kids toys, empty soda cans, and plastic bags. The neighbors chainsmoke and leave there cigarette butts in front of the front steps (unfortunately we have to share the front steps). The maintenance workers or let alone anyone from this company hardly ever comes by to check on things. The garbage in the dumpsters is always overflowing. The one time I did see them come by to clean the back yard they did a half ass job and left most of the trash there. If you need something fixed you mine as well do it yourself because it’ll take atleast a week for them to come out. Always one excuse after another. If they were so professional as they say I would think some order would be in line to ensure their tenants are cleaning up after themselves. Yes, the inside of the townhouses are decent but I guess it must be okay for the outside to look trashy!

We have rented at the Hills at River View for over a year now. We have really enjoyed living here. I want to say how excellent the PD properties management staff has been. They are very friendly and professional. If we have any questions or problems they always get back to us within 24 hours and are over here to fix it (we have only had very minor issues). Overall I would highly recommend living at the Hills at River View in Norwich, Ct.
