BEWARE!!! Cheap, dirty, paper thin walls and management that could care less! Biggest regret of all time. Lived here a good 5 months and we are ready to move out! In fact we’ve been ready to move out by month 2! My husband got his motorcycle stolen from in the parking lot while it was parked in front of one of our cars the second month we lived there. Management did nothing! We hate hate this place and are counting down the days when our lease is over! P. s. On the flip side maintenance is super nice and helpful

I lived here for 2 years. The whole building reeks of must and the carpets all have mold on it. Stay away from sag. It’s a terrible depressing place. The people who live here are antisocial, rude, and socially ackward.

Windham, CT
After making an appointment to see a 2BR apartment and driving an hour to Middletown, my wife and I were unable to see the apartment because my wife did not bring photo ID. I had my CT driver’s license but I would not agree to view the apartment without my wife. The leasing agent’s attitude was dismissive, unapologetic and downright rude. Perhaps she does not like retired people. The building looks nice but I do not allow myself to be pushed around or abused by the staff hired to serve my needs. I could not submit to such a scolding, unhelpful régime as a tenant.
