Everything has been repaired but the communication in the beginning was less than acceptable. Also everything was going great, repairs being completed, items ordered, etc. but then the maintenance manager came up to me while I was outside and said he was replacing the oven as a favor to me. I explained to him I am not looking for any favors but for everything to work as they should. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor and not his job. In the end I am happy with the repairs. Mack is top notch and an asset to their team, the maintenance manager needs to learn some customer service skills. I am very happy here and with the community. Everyone is nice and friendly, very pet friendly community.
