I really have nothing bad to say about this apartment complex! It is quiet and neighbors keep to themselves. Melissa, the assistant manager is always helpful and available to answer any questions or solve any issues. Parking gets a little crazy because there is no assigned spots but management is always quick to help to figure out who’s cars really belong here. I’m glad I didn’t listen to any of the negative reviews I saw before I moved in. Gotta remember this is an apartment complex and not a house. there are certain things that come along with that which you can’t prevent. We love it here

Interior: Those photos are of a remodeled apartment, and the model apartment. Most of the apartments, unless you pay extra for a remodeled one, are white, white, white. White walls, beige carpet, white counters. You can now have the option to add«a splash of color» however, you have to pay for it. This really threw me when I was shown mine last year. I thought how nice. And then I saw what I would actually be getting. Since they are so pet friendly, I wish they would do those vinyl laminate floors, but I suspect they don’t so they can find another way to make money off their tenants. The carpets come apart at the seams and they refuse to fix it unless you are leaving. It’s pretty embarrassing when you have company. Parking: Terrible. It is free parking and most people have way more than 2 cars, making it difficult to get a good spot because either idle cars sit in them and never leave, or guests park there. Noise: It is very noisy. People blasting music in the parking lots, even during non quiet hours this is very annoying. Loud parties going on, you can hear people peeing, you can hear people shower, the showers make loud creaking noises. Pricing: Expensive. You can get so much more for your money if you don’t have pets. Pets is the only reason I had to settle here. Nothing is included except cold water. The one benefit is having a washer and dryer in the apartment, but again, nothing is included and that isn’t that big of a benefit for the price, especially since you pay for it anyways. Hunter’s crossing down the road accepts pets and while they don’t have a washer and dryer, you can totally get a 1 bedroom for at least $ 300 dollars less than here. Service: They genuinely do not care about their residents, just the $$. Maintenance is quick to come the same day if you put in a work order, but sometimes after hours maintenance is not so speedy. They also fix things hurriedly, so usually you have to have them back a few times before the issue is fixed correctly. Fire alarms are not linked to the fire department. Staff is rude and condescending. If you have a complaint they make you feel horrible about it and just get defensive, instead of providing good customer service and trying to figure out a solution. I wish I had more reviews to go off of when I looked. If I didn’t have pets I wouldn’t have lived here. You do not get your money’s worth at all. It is cheaper, so remember, you get what you pay for. Please do not live here. This place

Ok. Positives. Nicely kept grounds. Snow removal is pretty good! No assigned parking and lots of spaces. Maintenance requests are answered and handled well especially since i have to have them scheduled when someone can remove the dog and lock up the cat. We have a 3 bedroom and its very spacious. Love the fireplace, large bathrooms and deck. They allow pets which is awesome and the staff is always very friendly. Negatives. Waaaaay too expensive!!! I wouldnt have a mortgage this much!!! Only living here and paying this amount until we move to a house in spring. It is like 1500 sw feet but not worth over $ 1700 a month!!! Nothing included in that either except for water. Hot water heater is very inefficient so electric bills are through the roof!!! Im used to woodstove heating. The carpeting should be laminate flooring or that pergo stuff. We have been there about a year and the seams are coming apart in the carpet where they cut it for the different rooms. Also on my last service request someone was home and caught the guy fiddling with the thermostat and trying to do something to the A/C when the issue was the washing machine. THankfully someone was home or there would have been a mix up. Noise. Not bad. People seem to be very respectful.
