David is the businessman I wish everyone was — after trying and failing to get a handyman to do a small job for me, which included un-​returned phone calls and broken appointments, I luckily ended up having David do the job. His communication was excellent, he was punctual, and his work was fast and well done. I would recommend him without reservation. I’ll certainly call him for any future jobs.

This is the second time I have used Dave for work at our condo. He redid a bathroom for us. New toilet, Vanity, faucet and sink. Job was very will done. We leave him to do his work and he takes pictures and sends them to me. In May we bought a new condo and needed lights installed on all the fans, shower doors installed, and a few walls painted. On top of this he fixed our garage door and dryer vent. This man can do it all. Thank you Dave for the continued wonderful customer service that you have provided to us. See you in October to hand the pictures. Thank you again.

We have a 2nd home in FL that we are only able to visit a couple times each year. We were made aware by our tenants that our water heater was nearing the «end of life»…we contacted David about replacing the water heater. He was very polite and prompt in his response. He even made suggestions about which water heater to use. When we decided and purchased it online, he picked it up at the store and installed it promptly. While at the house, we asked about replacing ceiling fans in the FL room. Again, when we decided which fans to purchase, he picked them up at the store for us and did a prompt and clean job installing them.
It is great having such a reliable handyman available for our 2nd home.
