Brisket sandwich was very dry. Ribs were not that much better and a very small portion for the price. I wouldn’t even bother with the sides as they lacked flavor.

Went to Alday’s on 70 in front of Creekwood Plaza on Friday, March 27, 2015. I got the pulled pork basket with mac n cheese and green beans as the sides. My basket was $ 13.50. My husband got the beef brisket basket with corn and mac n cheese as the sides. I dont remember how much his basket was, but it was close to $ 30 for the two of us. We went home to eat and I started with the green beans because I love good green beans. Disappointed, they were just canned green beans with sliced onions. Then I ate the mac n cheese. Nothing remarkable about the mac n cheese. Same mac n cheese you can get at any buffet. Then I poured some BBQ sauce on my pulled pork sandwich and took a bite. OMG, I have never in my life had such bad, dry, pulled pork. I took two bites and threw it in the garbage. My husbands beef brisket was even worse than my pulled pork. It was very dry and stringy and tuff. He threw his in the garbage also, and he never throws food away. I cant believe people rave how great this place is. I feel like I threw $ 30 in the garbage can. I will stick with Nancy’s BBQ, they are the best!

Best BBQ sandwich I think I have ever had. Sides are a little small for the price but the sandwiches are well worth the money.

Ok, what I said in my first review still stands. But if you go and just get the meat, then i’m converted and go with the 4 stars. I just don’t think their sides are all that good and are actually brining them down. Had another pulled pork this weekend and the bark on it, really takes it to the next level. Need to try more.
