Chik-fil-A

Just went through the drive through to get some dinner. Ordered a number one with fries and chik-​fil-​a sauce. They gave me soup instead of fries and no sauce.
When I rolled up to the window after waiting quite a while, I saw a good reason why I was prob waiting longer than normal. Two of the employees were huddled by the drink station on their phones. I know it’s the culture now to be on the phones, but they were pretty blatant. Plus they got my order wrong. Not impressed.

I’ve been to this location several times since January, and every time I go, I am ignored. Tonight my husband went back in to get a couple sauces that were forgotten to put in our drive thru order, and the same thing happened to him. none of the workers even acknowledged him as he stood patiently waiting at the counter as a former chick-​Fil-​a employee who understands would. We completely understand that when they’re busy, service is slower. But to have me or my husband stand in front of the counter, see all of the workers talking amongst themselves, joke around, and not even acknowledge us, or say «we will be right with you,» then have us wait 15 minutes just to get a couple sauces that were left out of a to go order. is just completely unprofessional. The manager included! Not one glance or sign of acknowledgment for 15 minutes as they chatted with each other. Tonight confirmed that it’s not just a one-​time thing, or one staff member who was having a bad day, but consistent bad service. But, since the manager doesn’t lead by example, it is no surprise that the workers do not respect the customers. Very disappointed, especially since we love Chick-​fil-​A at other locations. This is the first location with repeated terrible customer service, and terrible leadership. Surprising that this has been allowed to go on for months and nothing has been done about it, as I have heard similar complaints from others in the community. We will not be going to this location from now on.

Normally I would give give this place a 5 star rating. Love the food! It was super busy today (Friday) right at lunch time. Parking lot full and drive thru rapped around the building with both lanes full. We had windows down and finally get one car behind the window to get food. Manager is hanging out the window flirting with a customer. Not that we are against this but she is saying very loudly that «don’t worry I will just pretend I am taking a difficult order so we can talk as long as we want». It’s nice that you want to be friendly or want to flirt but when it is that business and you are messing up orders doesn’t seem like the right time. Only 2 of our items were messed up. This location is just not the best one. Least the food is good when they give you right order.

Alright, so I’m going to probably be completely biased here. I lived stateside for a long time and then moved to Hawaii for about 7 years. Being away from Chick-​Fil-​A for 7 years was far more difficult than any one man (or woman) could ever imagine. The simple fact that Hawaii doesn’t have one is terrible, and it’s a heartbreaking experience that should never be felt by someone on their own (you’ll need someone there to tell you everything is going to be okay).
Recently I’ve moved back to Florida and this was the first place I had to eat at. I’d dig into what I ordered but honestly I’ve eaten here 4 or 5 times now since moving back about a week ago, and everything is delicious. From their chicken nuggets (grilled included) to their soup and salad to their breakfast biscuits, everything is just as perfect as I remember it being.
To top it all off though, the people here are incredibly friendly. They never seem upset to be there working, and the managers are often seen working the register and checking in on tables around the dining room. They offer the type of service you expect from a sit down restaurant even though they really don’t have to. It goes a long way to not just have great tasting food, but to also have people who really make you feel welcome in their establishment.
A quick note to anyone who has or currently does take this company for granted. Just don’t. The food and service is top notch, and no other fast food experience comes close.

What’s to say? It is good stuff. The service and staff are universally good. The food is always consistent. I know of no one that doesn’t like the Chic-​fil-​a chain

Trying it for the second time and for a chain place I will say, these people do it well. From the cleanliness of the stores, to the service of their staff, they exceed expectations! The quality of their food is also really good.
I wish we had some of these in the North East. I’d really be a even happier customer.

Always like my Chick-​fil-​A! No matter where I am.
I like the food but fresh. It beats all the other fast food chains that make their food Taste like processed food.
My go to is always the chicken sandwich although I like the popcorn chicken but there is so little of it!

Chick-​Fil-​A is great if your looking for fresh food and polite service. If your in a hurry for take out food, I found the two lane drive through is always busy and long.
One of the better fast food stores treat there employees well.

Fast, efficient, super-​friendly! This location is clean and always busy, but quick to handle the traffic (the drive-​thru has a double lane for faster service). They do special events on Tuesdays which our family loves. And the food, as always, is amazing.

I believe this location is a family favorite. I’ve been here a couple of times. The 1^st was a play date & the kids enjoyed the play area. It’s very small but a play area nonetheless.
Our latest visit was yesterday for «I love the 80’s» family night. They were playing loud music, handing out balloons for the kids, the cow was hanging out, & the employees were dressed in 80’s attire. It was really cool!
As usual the food was great, it’s Chick-​fil-​a!!! What made the experience most awesome was the hospitality of the older gentlemen who was walking around making sure all the customers were ok. That made my day! Such a genuinely caring person!

LOVE this place. Really fast and fresh food. I like the chicken bites with the house sauce and waffle cut fries. Service was fast and as always the employees were very nice. The line was long but everyone was served efficiently and fast. It was rush hour and I was surprised how quickly the line went down. Great experience!

Chick fil a is my go to spot to celebrate, to wallow, to get a pick me up, and for pretty much everything good and bad. The establishment is usually clean, full of parents and kids, and always busy.
TIP: you can’t go wrong with a combo of spicy chicken delux sandwich, large order or waffle fries, and a simple vanilla milkshake

This chikfila used to be great. Now it’s way over staffed and it seems they are getting in the way of each other which makes you getting your meal take a lot longer. I usually wait anywhere from 15 – 30 minutes to get food inside and have waited as long as 25 minutes in the drive through with only 3 cars in front of me. Slow service.

This is a fairly large location. They have many tables and they were SUPER crowded on the day of my visit/​review. The drive thru line was wrapped completely around the building (but it seemed to keep moving).
That seem consistent with some of the other reviews. But one reviewer suggested that disorganization was a problem here, and the wait time for their food was unacceptably long.
My visit suggested that either the staff has dramatically improved their organization, become as stellar with their service as all of the other locations I’ve visited across the country, or that complaining reviewer just happened to visit on an off-​day.
The play structure is tiny. But my kids would take a tiny play structure over no play structure any day!
The last thing that stood out to me (and I’ve never seen this anywhere else), was a little basket up front filled with snack sized cups of Cheerios for toddlers. What a thoughtful idea! I don’t know how many times I’ve gone out to eat (fast food or not) and wished that I had a quick and easy snack for my toddler!
The only mistake I noticed on my visit was the guy refilling my lemonade– I said «Thank you» and he didn’t say anything in reply. Their standard is to reply «My pleasure.» But I’ll let that slip by and not penalize them any stars in this review.

It’s typical brand fast food. They have very nice and kind staff there but management needs to organize the staff better. It is chaotic and you do have to wait too long for your food. The staff fumble over each other and orders are given without being complete. The kitchen help seemed organized and set the food up fairly quickly but the frontline help was disorganized and seemed unsure of what food went with whose order. We were there for an hour due to waiting for our food and asking for the rest of our order. I have to say, I won’t be back until someone posts that they have organized the front end staff.

I was so disappointed to learn Chick Fil A uses MSG in their food. If most Chinese restaurants won’t use the stuff, I expect more from a restaurant that caters to children.
My opinion is almost everything is okay in moderation, so we won’t be consuming this regularly.
I’m writing these reviews so parents are informed as I was not until years of taking my children here :(

Always fast even though they stay busy. Always get the number 1 chicken sandwich. I’m so boring.

All that you expect from a Chic Fil A and more. Clean, great food, nice kids area, good location. Closed on Sundays as they all are, but awesome spot.

Hey it’s Chick-​Fil-​A! You can’t go wrong! I eat at this Chick-​Fil-​A all the time. My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwhich and some fries. I’ve also had the chicken strips, chicken nuggets, it’s all good! Always fresh, hot, quick and with a smile. The owners are good Christian people and the workers reflect that with a smile and these servers have brains!
I would say it isn’t cheap but you gets whats you pays for!
Good stuff!
