Awful customer service. Some of the guys here have a serious attitude problem. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was because a few of the employees have been really nice. But the ones who aren’t seem to outnumber them and they really lack people skills and are very standoffish.

First all was very disappointed best buy manger, best buy suppose to price match, other store, was told they would not price match I pod touch 64 gd do to the fact they have that right if they don’t feel like prices match they don’t have too but far as I know from New York best buy other best buy there supposed to price match ! I will let my family and friends from all over know, when if came to visit fl not to come to best buy it awful experience !!! Really need training on customer service,

I wanted to exchange a brand new item that was never opened for a different color. I had my proof of purchase and was denied an exchange because it was outside of 30 days. The manager Sarah and other associate were extremely unhelpful and rude. Terrible customer service, I am highly unsatisfied. I spend $ 1000’s of dollars there every year and will no longer be giving them my business. A simple exchange of an unopened product for an identical product in a different color with the proof of purchase would have avoided losing my business.

Very unprofessional store. I called at 845pm on Thursday with a question about buying a $ 400 item, and was put on hold and then hung up on. The next night I called back at a similar time, and they transferred me to the home theater department to answer my question. It rang many times, then stopped ringing, then someone hung up on me. I called back 5 minutes later and a woman named Kimberley answered the main line. I politely explained to her I had tried calling two other times and was disconnected both times and I needed to speak to someone and a second later she hung up. It seems that most of the employees stop working 20 minutes before they’re supposed to. I’m giving up on them and will get my future stuff at Target or Walmart instead.
