The saving grace of this place is that the employees are friendly and the environment is lively and family oriented. The smell of the pizzeria gave me hope too. Pizza and wings don’t make a strong showing at this restaurant. I ordered a personal pepperoni pizza and the bottom of the pizza was incredibly soggy. I ended up picking off the toppings and biting off the crispy-ish crusts. Sad. The wings were equally soggy and the texture of the meat was off. I also ordered a Greek salad which consisted of the thick parts of iceberg lettuce, low quality, shredded feta? cheese and exactly one olive. Greek vinaigrette was decent. Overall, not so delicious, food is eatable if hungry.

Horrible. No where near what it use to be. Oversized portions of cheap tasteless food. Use to be decent, unfortunately, not anymore. Will not be returning again, Sorry!

We went to Demetrios around 7pm, and the place was nearly packed. We were sat promptly without any wait. The service was wonderful and quick. We ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni, spinach, and sausage. The crust was so amazing, it was crunchy but not burnt. It was like melt in your mouth good. The spinach was fresh and everything was so flavorful. The menu has so many choices for you to choose from and it’s great atmosphere. If you’re looking for a good Italian restaurant, you should make a stop here!

A nice Italian and Greek Restaurant. My friend had been coming here for years and where she had her reception. Nice spacious restaurant and friendly staff. We were a group of about 25 people so we had to wait about 30 minutes for them to set up the tables(the reason was that my friend’s 1st restaurant couldn’t accommodate us so this restaurant was back-up). We all got our tables and the waitress took our orders. I ordered the Gyro Personal Pizza and my fiancé got the Half order of Lasagna. The gyro pizza was pretty good. The Tzatziki sauce was pretty good as well spread around the pizza. There’s no tomato sauce. Some parts of the pizza was a little burnt, but I didn’t care because I like my pizza like that(a bit crispy). The lasagna was pretty good. I liked the sauce. It was very hot though so my fiancé had to wait a bit. He thought the half order was pretty big, so he thought it’s possible he could not finish. At end he did anyways. When I got the bill, they overcharged me on my pizza. I told the waitress and she went back to the desk to have them fix it. When she came back, they couldn’t take off or edit the bill, but they were able to take off the drink so that was good. It was actually going to be cheaper. So just for that, I gave her the extra on her tip.

Im giving them 2 stars because it still isn’t the worst pizza I have ever had. Ihave been coming to this place for years. I am very disappointed. I used to love the pizza here. Not anymore. The quality has gone way down. Or maybe my palette has become more sophisticated. It looks really good. But the crust is way too thick and really has no flavor. The crust isn’t crispy at all. Have they changed their sauce? I don’t know but it’s not like I remember.

Went for lunch with my wife on 6-26-2015. We were seated promptly at 12:50. Very few customers. We waited 8 minutes for the server to come to our table. We ordered our drinks and food at this time. Our lunch was finally served at 1:25. I had pasta shells with meat sauce and meatballs. Good. Also had clam chowder soup. Flavorless. My wife had the«special» pizza and chicken soup. The soup had no chicken or vegetables. Flavorless. Her pizza tasted stale, as if the pizza with its toppings had been prepared the previous evening and then refrigerated over night. We have been going here occasionally for 20 years. Yesterday will be our last time going there. Both food and service were sub-par.

This place gave me and my husband food poisoning. We ordered a special pizza and I had half a slice and could tell something didn’t taste right. Will never eat here again.

Just had dinner there. Ordered Sausage Grinder, 3 pound of bread with 1 link of sausage. Very dry. Too much bread. Won’t be returning.

Finally stopped in to try this place out. I was worried from the mixed reviews, but my worries were unfounded. We had the Greek pizza which was delicious. Plentiful with the toppings, good tasting sauce and a nice crust. Our friends had the Margharita pizza which was also very good. We will definitely return.

The waiter was quite attentive, the Greek Salad, and BBQ chicken pizza were serviceable, but the wings were on point. Hubby asked for them extra well, and extra wet. They were very crispy and very saucy with a side of sauce as well. He’s a tough sell, well done.

Great pizza! Got a pepperoni and hamburger pizza with bread stick. Very busy on a Friday night but still delivered great takeout service. Good breadsticks and pizza. I will very much be eating there again!

Their selection can be limited but if you are looking for some good pasta dishes then this is the place. Their garlic bread is also awesome. The Greek salad is the healthy version of crack.

The Pizza is on the same level as Pizza Hut. The sauce tastes like it is commercial made. We ordered the Cheese bread which was better because the sauce was not on it, but had a bit too much garlic. I also had an order of Buffalo wings which I really enjoyed. They are deep fried twice which makes them crispy and the sauce had just the right heat.

Thoroughly unimpressed with the food. Had the Paula’s pasta. Garlic bread came late, at the end of the meal. Soup was mostly orzo — little vegetables or chicken. Salad options are all iceberg. Pasta was mostly shells and Parmesan cheese, but very little broccoli, couldn’t taste the garlic at all. As far as Italian places go, I would recommend Ferraro’s, Fav’s, San Remo’s and Vertori’s before this place. Very very busy on Friday night.

After driving by this place for last 7 years wife and figure lets give a try, we stop for lunch and I wasn’t really happy with food. First of all when we first walk in it took about 30 seconds for the guy up front to greet up, there was an older lady she never said hi. Anyway we where seated I order the veal parm with pasta, wife order the Philly cheese steak sandwich. The veal was like eating rubber! It was over cook and it was such a small piece and not worth the $ 15.00! They over load you with pasta they give me enough pasta for like 2 people! Anyway server a young lady was great but as for coming again I would but I wouldn’t order the veal again.

Been coming here for over 40 years. My favorite restaurant on the planet. Always stop by when I’m in town and they’ve maintained the quality all these years.

We ordered some take out, so I don’t know what the inside of the place feels like or how the staff is. The pizza was pretty good. The toppings were of very high quality and they applied them liberally to the pizza. I definitely recommend this place.

I came in as a «drive by» looking for a non-chain 1:30 pm lunch in the Italian«genre». My guess is that«Demetrio’s»(and the Greek salad & baklava options on the menu”) is owned by a Greek family looking to be Italian. Extensive menu, but runs 11 – 3 lunch menu with cheaper prices. Two large TVs(high enuf to hurt your neck to watch) playing auto races followed by local high school football(where five employees stopped working to sit down and watch). I asked for a «close by» table or booth(meaning no walking) and was given the furthest possible booth. Note to self: Speak clearly when giving order. They have a personal 10 inch pizza deluxe and small salad for $ 9 I decided to give a «go». The salad was small, fine, cold. Included two Italian olives someone had already pitted for me, a wedge of tomato, cuke, onion. The onion was farrrr too strong to be in the salad in that amount – they should know this and be slicing thinner/offering less. No low-fat dressings(except ranch). They boasted their house Italian which was 80% cloudy oil and 10% herbs at the bottom. Made the salad intensely oily. duh. The strong onion outpowered the remainder of the meal. The crust was delicious, the cheese was perfectly cooked. I was grossly disappointed however in undercooked sausage on the pizza!!! Still pink and wet-tasting. Had I not already waited so long I would’ve sent it back. Adding bacon to sausage, pepperoni, & hamburger was overkill and added nothing to the pizza. The toppings were unevenly placed and heavy in places. This place has a five-star potential in its pizza recipe– that falls far short in execution. Service was fine. Getting INTO the parking lot was awkward, involving a U-turn at a nearby light. Three stars in generous based on this one experience. I think finding the right combination of ingredients(next time perhaps vegetarian or Hawaiian) would improve the stars. A second weak experience would quickly tone this to one star.
