Pizza Hut

I wish I was more surprised when there was nothing gbut HORRID reviews of this location. I don’t think anyone «plans» to order pizza, it’s one of those «in case of emergency, break glass» situations. We ordered our pizza at 7:24pm with a delivery time of 8:09pm. Sure this is an E.T.A. and I wasn’t assuming it to be exact delivery time but by 8:35pm I placed a phone call to check on our order. «the driver left 30 minutes ago, he would be there any second» I was told and abruptly hung up on. Yay… our pizza has been driving around for 30 minutes 0_​o should be Luke warm by now–
9:05pm still no show, place a phone call to location, wait on hold, bounce from employee to employee trying to exact an answer on where the delivery is when they did leave, as now by the first phone calls account the pizza has been in transit for over an HOUR! I fold, please just cancel my order I just want to go to bed… «you got to tell that to the manager» oh, goody! Manager callously tells me he will credit my account $ 25. Without so much as an apology or mild mannered excuse, this is clearly par for the course, including the added tidbit that I’ll have to call to «get my $ 25, won’t work on computer orders» FML seriously? I hang up to have my doorbell ring. The delivery driver «had a hard time finding the place» a courtesy call from the driver or even the restaurant that they were behind in orders would have made all the difference in the world. Instead ONE HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES later, they delivered a COLD pizza, not warm not even room temp… COLD, although the 2 liter of Pepsi was warm! Further insult to injury, the order was WRONG! After reading the reviews of the actual establishment I should consider myself lucky. Had it been delivered on time I may have eaten from what is apparently the WORST location in town.

I ordered pizza from this location and they are not far from us. They told is it would only take half an hour wait but it took almost an hour and a half by the time they got to us and the pizza was cold. Not less warm. COLD! It was disgusting! I think he must have got lost but the guy never even called for help finding our apartment. We didn’t even get an apology for him being late. I will not be ordering from this location again. I will order from the one on manager ave and maybe they get us pizza that is hot.

I wish I could do negative five stars. This place is a dump. the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. the men’s room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in almost a decade. Urine all over the seat, pubic hair in the sink, urine splatter on the walls. just nasty. To boot the people working at this place looked rough. Shirts not tucked in, long facial hair and not hair nets. This place just gives the name Pizza Hut a bad rep. If they cannot take care of the bathrooms they probably do a horrible job cleaning around the food.

We placed an order for delivery at 6:30 pm online. Driver called at 7:30 was at the wrong address and admitted she got her tickets «screwed up». Said she would be here in 5 min. 30 later still no pizza. Called the store, the shift manager wanted to offer us 15.00 credit on a future order. Told her we wanted to cancel and refund my money. 8 pm driver shows up, looked drunk or stoned, told her to take the pizza back. 30 min later, the driver called back wanting to make sure we didn’t want our pizza. We will NEVER order from here again. Currently still waiting for my refund!
