I needed some tile to remodel a bathroom. After no help at the big box stores I went to Georgia Carpet world. Prompt service, they had an affordable tile, and all that I needed. No complaints here, I will definitely be back

Good prices on product as well as installation. 5 stars. Don’t pay what’s on the sticker though… they negotiate which I hate, but it wasn’t like haggling for a used car or anything & was easy! Although maybe I could have gotten it cheaper if I had haggled :)
Only 3 stars for organization… phone messages are rarely delivered/​calls returned so you have to just keep calling back. Then they forgot to give me the moldings when i picked up my wood laminate flooring so i had to make another trip. Then i discovered they forgot to sell me the underlay as my installer was getting ready to lay down the floor. At this point the store was closed so a night of lost work. Thankfully I live close so not that big a deal to go back again, but for someone who lives far away, this would be HUGE!
5 stars for saving the day… So all parts needed & ready to go the next night, my installer shows up & decided the job was too hard & walked off after about 2 hours of disastrous work. I went to the store panicked & the next day & they totally bailed me out & scheduled an installation immediately.
But, back to the organization part… I was supposed to pick up paperwork and knowing Tuesday is my sales guy’s day off I asked him if he was sure I should pick it up then & he said absolutely. Well when I went in, no one has a clue where the paperwork was & suggested I come back when he’s on duty… another trip but again, I live close by.
I’ll go back next year when we need tile & carpet so for now would recommend them to anyone needing wood flooring. I’ll update next year w/​my tile/​carpet experience.
