Pros:
+ CR stands by its work — it keeps coming back until the job is done correctly.
+ CR says that it will repair any tiles that come loose in the future (no time limit on the guarantee)
+ CR responds promptly to calls /​e-​mails
+ CR shows up on time
Cons:
+ for tiling work, Matt sometimes does the work himself; sometimes he uses independent subcontractors. If this is important to you, reach an agreement on who is doing the work before it begins.
+ some of the independent subcontractors CR uses do not respect homeowner property. They rummaged through my tools (leaving them an unorganized mess) and swapped a push broom for one of lower quality. As far as I know, no tools were stolen.
+ for tiling work, specify before the job begins whether deglazing is included in the price. Deglazing is time-​consuming work, but I was OK with doing it.
