Fantastic service. Very easy to schedule through cracked. Tony contacted me promptly and we scheduled a time for him to pick up the device. He came on Saturday morning, run a quick diagnostic to insure that the device was running okay and that there were no other problems other than the cracked screen. He informed me that it would take about 6hrs and that he could have the iPad back to me later that day. Sure enough, I got a text from Tony in the mid-afternoon, the screen was fixed and he could bring it back.
What I appreciated was that in fixing the screen he insured that the new screen fit well into the metal frame and took the time to bend a corner that was slightly out of shape.
With two kids under the age of 5 its very likely I’ll have a cracked device again and now I know who to go to for quick, efficient, great service.
