I have always loved the rich flavor in the cakes that Publix has and I was in need of a cake. This Publix location was most convenient to my destination. I wanted to order a custom cake but did not have time to waste, so I decided to purchase a cake that had already been made. A chocolate cake with fudge in between on the inside. I am not much of a chocolate lover but it was delicious. Publix bakery never fails to amaze my old soul.

In general I find Publix to be a little pricey but you cannot beat their Deli. The best subs, fried chicken, and one of the widest selections of quality deli meats and cheeses around. They also run really good deals in their ads a lot of the time which makes up for some of the priceyness on other items.

So this is the Safeway of the East Coast? Decent size with a good variety of things… I just wanted to check this place out to see how it compared… definitely not as big as the biggest Safeway I’ve seen. but pretty close.
