I have had 2 bad experiences with this place so far. The first bad experience, my bf and I went into the restaurant to eat and placed our order at the counter and went to sit down. We sat at the table for 15 minutes and the employee came over and said that our order was never put through. The employee offered us a free appetizer while we wait 10 minutes longer for our food. The second bad experience was even worse. Friday, January 22 at 7:25PM, my bf and I called to place our order of 2 cheeseburger baskets to pick it up. The girl taking the order over the phone said it would be 20 minutes, so we waited the 20 minutes before picking up our order. When we arrived, there were no customers in the restaurant and 2 female employees were just standing at the counter talking to each other, so we figured it was probably done earlier than 20 minutes since it was obviously not busy with no customers and the employees standing around talking to each other. When we got to the counter my bf gave his name for our pick up order and the girl said that there was no order for us. We said that we ordered 2 cheeseburger baskets and were told it would be 20 minutes. She said there was no order put through and she said«we can go make them now if you want.» So my bf just told her never mind we’ll go somewhere else to eat. She didn’t even apologize or anything. Meanwhile, while we were standing there telling her this, the female employee’s friend who is NOT an employee came walking though the kitchen area from the back of the building and sat down and started talking to her. I wonder if that would be approved by the FDA? The 2 female employees were very lazy, standing around talking, not cleaning, not cooking, not taking orders. I wonder if the real reason there were no customers there that night is because they were refusing to take these people’s orders. We gave this place a second chance, but we unfortunately will not be returning there. The idea for an 80’s themed restaurant was a very good one and had potential, but it is the young employees that destroy these businesses from flourishing.

We stopped in for a slice of whatever this place was. Turned out to be a nice little gem. The ladies in the kitchen were not the regular chef, but they did just fine making me a tomato and bacon slice and my hubby’s chicken parm. You can never have too many pizza places in town, so add this one to Bradford’s list of college-friendly fare. We enjoyed the arcade game, too… maybe too much. What looks just like a Pac-Man game instead has every single game we grew up with. Burger Time!!! Donkey Kong! The list is too long. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed. There’s beer and random 80’s décor, too. What more could you ask for?

Love this place. It’s become a regular stop of mine since I discovered it in the spring. The pizza is the best in town, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is fun. They also recently started serving beer. My only criticism is I wish the restaurant were larger – more tables and bigger booths would be nice.
