This is a place that I will be going to as long as I live in New Jersey. Great casual vibe with top-notch homemade Italian food. Some of the best sauce and meatballs I’ve ever had. Check it out!

I hadn’t been to Vic’s in years and my wife had never been. We decided to go here for her birthday dinner. Appetizers and pizza were delicious, especially the sauce on the pizza. No complaints with the quality of the food. However, my appetizer came out 10 minutes before my wife’s. I was forced to eat mine while she sat there with nothing so it wouldn’t get cold(I couldn’t share mine with her due to a food allergy). When the pizza came out, her’s came out 15 minutes before mine. We brought it to the waitresses attention but didn’t even get an apology. She didn’t even seem to care. They need to do a better job with the timing of the food. We aren’t talking just a minute or two delay between each of us receiving our food, 10 – 15 minutes is a big gap. 5 stars for the food, 1 star for service.

This is definitely one restaurant I will always want to visit my whole do I know that? Well. maybe because ive been doing just that for over 30 years!!! I love the authentic feel, the history, the fact that the outside sign says Tomato Pies not Pizza!!! Their salads are very fresh .The thin crust pizza to die for. I especially love the Manicotti. What a wonderful place to go and relax with a good friend or two and catch up on each others lives and let the world fall off of your shoulders Ciao See you at VICS!!!

This place is amazing. Consistently good thin crust pizza and amazing pasta. The baked ravioli, eggplant parm and escarole & bean soup are so good. I go wherever I’m in the area.

You just can lose by dining here-the DR is «forever» old, but that’s the charm! Food is very Italian, & the Pizza is terrific. Everything is good-be sure to order the«escarole» & bean soup-like GranMa made! There’s a bar too!!!

Best thing crust pizza anywhere… Hands down. Pair with the chopped antipasta and you have the perfect meal. Old style and I would deviate too much from the classics. Been going here since I was a toddler and I know I am biased, but you can’t beat a sausage and pepper pizza, fried calamari and a cold draft beer.

Our go-to Italian restaurant for our entire family. Great red sauce. Ravioli is so delicate and light, amazing. Always get a pie and chopped antipasto for the table. Linguini with their cream pesto is so good, but you’d better be hungry. The bread is so tempting when they bring it, our kids gobble it down. Hope they never change a thing.

The BEST pizza anywhere for as long as I’ve been alive. Vintage dining room with pinewood paneling. Salads are huge and really flavorful. Pizza is ultra thin and perfectly flavored. Mangia!

A Jersey shore institution. The thin crust pizza’s crust has a cracker/matzoh like consistency that doesn’t get intimidated by the sauce and cheese blanket that smothers it. The meatballs are a real star of the show!

I have been a life long resident of the shore area and have been going here since being born. I think the only thing that has changed is there is no longer a shark in the tank. I went to Vic’s about 2 weeks ago on a Friday night with my parents and was truly scared but the lasagna I ordered. Besides the fact that is was small and they charge $ 15, the cheese filling was gray! This is a clear sign that the lasagna was old. For the safety of your diners, please consider making it fresh. I will gladly give my business to other Italian restaurants in the area.

Vic’s has been in Bradley forever. It’s an institution. Six of us went there Friday 9⁄18. I haven’t been there for years and wanted to see how it was. To set the scene, the place was mobbed with people waiting outside for a table. We were greeted by our waitress with, «What can I get you?» Rather than«Hi my name is —— etc». We ordered our drinks and the waitress stopped by three times in about 5 minutes to ask if we wanted to order. We got the feeling we were being hurried. We finally ordered and the waitress made a complete turnaround. She apologized for not being as attentive as she should because she had a big party in the next room. Then she couldn’t do enough for us. So the food came out hot and on time and the service vastly improved. On to the food. The pizza wasn’t as good as I remember it. Definitely the sauce, because the crust was thin, done right, and the cheese was good. One of us had the Shrimp Scampi and said it was«ok». Others had pasta and said the sauce was mediocre. The salads were fresh but bland and what you would expect(ice burg lettuce, etc). We eat out quite a bit and I’ve come to the conclusion that my tastes have changed and Vic’s has had the same food for as long as they’ve been there. They have no reason to change as witnessed by the lines out the door. It’s food as it was forty years ago. Although a lot of people like Vic’s I for one think there’s a lot better pizza all over like Pete & Elda’s

Just had the perfect dinner. The very best pizza and pasta. Deliciously perfect and the atmosphere is the perfect vibe. I’ve coming here since 1962. Same old school charm. Same old school recipes. Do not miss coming to Vic’s. Tomato Pies Indeed!

Meh meh meh. Not only is this place aesthetically unappealing but it takes over an hour to get a pasta dish. Avoid.

Love this restaurant. I’m a vegan and they make it really easy to meet my dietary needs when I’m with meat & cheese eating family. The food is always amazing, and way worth the wait. If you have a larger group be prepared to wait around an hour or two at dinner time. Like I said, it’s worth the wait. This visit I ordered a pizza without cheese with olives, broccoli, and tomatoes on it. It was so delicious and any place that offers Birch Beer is a friend of mine. ;) My dad swear’s by the provolone cheese here so if you stop by, and eat cheese, give it a try!

Though I’m running the risk of sounding like I’m parroting myself here from another recent review, «Squawwwwk bok caaaw! You either like super thin crispy Jersey bar pie or you don’t…You either like super thin crispy Jersey bar pie or you don’t… « I like it. I like to start with the mussels in red sauce, or a salami and provolone salad, to splitskis. I like the throw-back 70’s style wood paneling throughout the bar and dining room, along with the avocado colored vinyl booths. It’s homey, it’s comfortable, it’s like back in time, down the shore and I like it. I repeat, I like them bar pies just fine. We order us a couple and they do hit the spot. Polly wanna cracker crust.
