Foods good. Place is clean modern and up to date. Good selection of food and beers. Came with kids and wife and enjoyed a good meal. Wasn’t a wait when I was there for a late lunch. Service was good and considerate. Will go again. Didn’t give a 5 because I felt the prices could have been a bit better. Would have gave a 4&½ if I could

We were invited to a birthday party at D’Arcy’s Tavern in Bradley Beach last night. Never been there. Never heard of it before. It’s on Main Street and doesn’t look like much from the outside but once inside it grabs you. There is a nice oval bar with tables on the outside walls where wall decorations abound. I noticed it isn’t all that big, not a bad thing, I guess judging from the outside I thought it would be bigger. It was Wednesday 5:30 and they had nearly every seat filled at the bar; a good sign. We weren’t destined to sit at the bar this trip because our party was on the second floor. As I ascended the steps I couldn’t but notice how clean and brightly painted the stairwell was; another omen. Once upstairs I was pleasantly surprised by a nicely done bar/dining area. Bright and open and facing windows and doors leading to al fresco dining on the porch. There’s radiant heaters outside for those cool shore evenings. We were the first to get there by a good margin so had plenty of time to talk to and get to know our wait staff. Courtney was organizing the party and she ran around making sure everything was perfect; and it was. Andy helped in the dining room and found out he knew my dad, many moons ago. Catherine our bartender couldn’t do enough for us. She kept her composure all night and had a smile for all the guests. A great asset to D’Arcys; plus she likes beer. More on the beer later. Food was served buffet style. There was plenty of it and it was all good. We had sliders, wings, pasta dishes, and more, but my favorite was the prosciutto rolled fresh asparagus. Maybe thirty guests, all raved about the food and no one left hungry or sober unless they really wanted to. I had a minute to peruse their menu and found it both diverse(including pizza) and very reasonably priced. Not insignificant considering Bradley is in the wake of Asbury Park which is exploding with new and not inexpensive dining. Now being a beer lover,(ok I’ve been called a beer snob, more than once actually), I didn’t expect much at D’Arcys because one, Bradley Beach isn’t a booming metropolis, and two there was a giant Bud Lite promo plastered to the outside wall. HOWEVER, when you walk in there’s a big chalk board listing the craft beer on tap. They were pouring suds from Lagunitas, Southern Tier, First Amendment, Carton, Kane among others. I’m looking forward to actually sitting at the bar next time we go there and ordering off the menu. Hmmm I don’t think we are doing anything tonight…

cannot say enough good things about this pub. i have been going there since back in the Barry’s days. love the food, great service with barmen who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome… and, bonus, there’s the football. i do miss the old barry’s nachos, but what can you do?

Easily the worst experience I’ve had at an arsenal bar. No singing, terrible atmosphere, even people openly cheering against the gunners with impunity. Good sports bar with lots of tvs, but for an official Arsenal bar, absolutely terrible. Felt like a bar just trying to capitalize on the premier League market to make money, not for love of the sport or the team. Will not be returning.

A great bar with friendly bartenders. I frequent this place. But I’m surprised to be charged $ 8 for a draft beer. It’s a Saturday night, I get it… but the band finally started playin at 11:00PM, and upstairs bar is closed for a private event. But $ 8 for a craft draft? Please. If I wasn’t friendly with the bartenders, I would have sent it back.

Really accommodating staff especially Dan, Brian and Mike. Called ahead to ask them to prepare a pitcher of Sangria and it was delicious! Had the salmon dinner. Salmon was well-cooked and delicious. My friend had a burger which was cooked just the way she liked it. Great experience!

Great environment-not too loud, lively enough, and welcoming. Speedy and thorough service. Really good food. Burgers came out with all the right colors-cooked perfectly and fresh toppings. Oddly enough, the best part of the meal was the mashed potatoes… tasted fantastic and their gravy is something special.

My new favorite place to watch soccer. Definitely has that neighborhood feel and had a great friendly crowd. Went on 2÷13÷15 for the first time to watch the USWNT play England. Attentive bar staff, cheap prices, delicious food, and some free happy hour snacks which were greatly appreciated. A+!

Brian is the best bartender! Best amaretto sours ever.(Its hard to find someone who puts enough alcohol in a drink… From what I’ve found.) Very reasonably priced drinks– I’ve gone places where they charge $ 15 a drink… Brian’s are just as good, possibly better. My friend and I wanted to try a new place, so we went to Darcy’s. Everyone was super nice, they have like ten TV’s(great for v watching sports), it’s not too dark, and good food. We had the macaroni and cheese bites, they were awesome. Will definitely be back!

The Frank burger is great, a wonderful mix of different flavors that you wouldnt ordinarily think go together. As you eat different parts on the plate the tastes change. For an appetizer give the mac and cheese bites a try you wont be dissapointed.

My partner and I went to D’Arcy’s twice last week since we always spend the first week of August in Bradley Beach. We’d never eaten there before and were glad we listened to our friends. Our first time was on a weeknight. We had a sweet waitress named Tara who was great. The food was wonderful — I had the spinach salad and a sea bass special; my partner had a quesidilla special and a buffalo chicken salad. We returned on Friday night, which was much busier. Our waitress Mallory was great — she kept us updated on when we’d get our meals as the kitchen was very busy. The manager even sent us a free round of drinks because we had to wait a bit. But the food was worth the wait — my salmon was excellent and my partner had a chicken quesidilla that he loved. We’re looking forward to going back to D’Arcy’s again on our next visit to Bradley Beach!

Awesome! This place has come a long way, the food is awesome and the staff are super friendly and want you to have a good time. I never had a bad experience here. It’s also the Jersey Shore World Cup Headquarters. During all major soccer games this place is packed and fun! They have plenty of TVs and all major games. The upstairs deck area is really nice as well as the newly renovated upstairs bar. I recommend their burgers, and I don’t like burgers from just anywhere, this is one of the only places I’ll have one because the meat is quality and not greasy. Nachos are also awesome. Everything is awesome. You won’t go wrong with D’arcys. Enjoy

There’s really no place I’d rather be on a Saturday or Sunday morning during footba… er, soccer season than D’Arcy’s. It’s a cozy place with really friendly and attentive staff, and they serve a nice breakfast. If you stick around until lunch time, they also have a very good burger. If you think«bar», and paint a mental picture, D’Arcy’s is more or less that. Wood paneling, brass foot rail. It is a soccer bar, and the ceiling is decorated with scarves from various European teams. The weekend morning regulars are all friendly with one another, and a little rivalry never gets out of hand. I can’t speak for the evenings and nights; I’ve only still been there after dark on one occasion, and I needed to take a taxi home, so I don’t remember much. They do put out a nice spread of whatever they happen to feel like making that day for happy hour, which is always delicious. If you’re looking for good food and drinks in a warm atmosphere, perhaps with a little proper football thrown in for good measure, D’Arcy’s is the place.

Yeah Darcy’s! They open at 9:00 a.m. even on Sundays and serving VERY spicy Bloodys and mimosas with fresh OJ — JR C. had a hard time with the Bloody so maybe ask them to back off the spicy. I had an egg and chee on a hard roll(impossible to get a decent hard roll in SNJ/Philly so this was amazing, however I don’t know if the waitress just didn’t care or if it was the chef but I kind of made a big deal about how the egg absolutely cannot be runny… the server was very nice so I’m going to blame the cook but this thing was a little LESS than over easy. I had to kind of scoop out all of the runny yolk before I could eat it, but for like $ 3.25 I’m not too angry. Very clean, nice big bar, plenty of flat screens… looks very unassuming from the outside but you will have a nice time!
