The skillet queso and southwestern eggrolls are always great to start. The cajun chicken pasta is also very good!

They offered to-go services however when I arrived there to get my food today all of the to-go spots were taken. I assumed when I go inside I would find several people waiting for their to go orders. Nope, just me and one other person. I mentioned it to the waitress and she said it’s a problem. I then went to the front to mention it as well. The woman didn’t seem all too interested and what I had to say. In fact she seemed ready with an arsenal of reasons why I should just find a parking spot somewhere else. She even gave me this smug look and placed her hand under her chin as if I was about to tell her story. Then when I felt like my complaint was falling on deaf ears and explained that I would just go to social media and Unilocal to express my dissatisfaction she then told me I didn’t get her a chance to apologize. We will not be back!

I love their nachos, great how they have equal toppings on each chip. It makes the serving size a bit small, but worth it for the taste and topping to chip ratio. Went yesterday for a lunch/snack at the bar, bartender was great. Very nice and personable. Parking was tight, got one of the last spaces.

This place rules for 1 reason and 1 reason only; Elliot. Elliot is the pinnacle of restaraunt excellence. I’ve seen Elliot take a 6 person order all at once(drinks, appetizer, and entrée) without even writing it down. And he nailed it. Down to the smallest detail(no tomato, gravy on the side, etc.) Elliot is the absolute man. The drinks never go empty with Elliot on the watch too. This guy is nails. As long as Elliot is here I will continue to eat honey chipotle chicken crispers weekly.

I have no idea why I thought chilli’s was better than it is… Or maybe it’s just this location. I’ve been to chilli’s before and never thought it was this horrendous. We came out on a very non busy Wednesday night… Yet our server still managed to ignore us all night long… The food was totally lacking… I had the ribs and the fries… Hard to mess up but they did… It was literally boiled meat slathered with BBQ sauce… Desert was some microwave nuked brownie thingy that was like eating chocolate paste… I don’t know what happened here but I left totally regretting this meal and vowing to never return to this location.

Our friendly hostess showed us to our booth. Our waitress was friendly, but not as attentive to our needs as she should have been. My burger was absolutely delicious even though it was under-cooked to my liking. I ordered well-done and was given medium-well instead. It took us 10 — 15 minutes to get our waitress for a refill who finally reluctantly brought it. She acted like it was a big deal when I asked for a to-go box for my fries. The restroom was very clean, though the water was ice cold and never warmed up when I washed my hands(help us Braintree Board of Health or Ron O’Connor Southeast Region of Massachusetts Department of Public Heath). As someone who worked in food service for a long time, I know the importance of good hygiene as well as properly cooked food. Little did they know, my dining companion also worked for MADPH.

I’ve been coming here for so many years! The food is great and the service is exceptional. I love the buffalo chicken sandwich and the only reason I give it a four star is because they don’t have the jalapeño burger anymore. Why!!! But I’m definitely going to keep on coming here!

Men’s room stunk of piss. Floor filthy. I have managed restaurants in the past and would never ever stand for the filth. My Silverware along with my friend’s were dirty. Food was ok.

–Host station a sh’t show run by high school/college kids –Slow service –Food was just ‘ok’. Had the original chicken tenders. They seemed very small, dried out, and blah. Nothing special. My bud agreed, regarding his meal.

Good food — especially for the price at $ 5 for kids. Chicken enchiladas were good too. And, we had really good service, right up until the end of our meal when our waiter walked by 2 empty, and pushed to the end of the table, dishes not once, but twice. I can’t understand it. He was not busy — at all — 2 pm on a Tuesday. I would have given 4 stars if not for that. Maybe that’s harsh or too much to expect…?

I am actually really upset about this because we are not regulars in the sense we are there every week but we go a lot. My sisters 21st birthday was tonight and it was completely ruined by the bartender and our waiter. The bartender made us feel like we shouldn’t have been there and that we were bothering her & she didn’t even acknowledge that it was my sisters bday even after I said something to her. Then after thoroughly checking my I.D. & her I.D. for a minute or 2 says they don’t except the temporary and expired. 1 i don’t know why it took so long for her to tell us that and 2 I feel like she didn’t believe it was her 21st Thankfully she had her passport and they do except that. We get our drinks and sit down with the rest of my family and our waiter just sucked. like my sister stated«he just clearly didn’t like us» then he brought a water with a hair in it and when getting my dad something to go he scared me as well as being extremely close to my face when he dropped the to go box on the table. I am so upset because we loved going there and it was the one thing My sister asked for a margarita and nachos and they’re poor attitude resulted in an early night and the loss of business from my family and myself.

I don’t think Unilocalers go in search of reviews for Chili’s. …suffice to say… this place is super clean… we had a rocking waittress… the food was fresh and oh so goooood… and the cocktails were a bit sweet… but added to a great evening… we’ll be back.

Good spot for a Chili’s. I’ve never had a bad experience here, service is always good, and of course, so is the food. I like sitting in the bar because the guy who works the bar area is really friendly and extremely attentive. He’s always saying, «Don’t worry! I’ll take care of you! I got it!» He’s funny too, and makes dinner kinda fun. Parking can be a little crazy during rush hour times because errrbody wants to get a drink with their mozzie sticks after work. Other than that, it’s a cool spot. I used to come here a few times when I lived in Braintree.

For something quick, easy to please, and not going to break the bank, Chili’s it is. It’s not gourmet dining, but if you’re looking to grab a beer and a sandwich after work, this is it. Well, that is, IF you can find a parking spot. Yes, parking at this particular location is quite dicey and quite a pain in the rear to navigate. Anyhoo, the service here is great. And the food is always consistent. To be honest, I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal here. The restaurant is clean and it is always busy, so clearly it does a great business. It’s always on my short-list of places to visit when I am in Braintree, hungry, and I don’t feel like dealing with restaurants around the Plaza.

It’s decent for a chain. The parking at this location is tough. Their parking lot is very small, but there is a shopping plaza across the road, so you can park there and walk over. Service is friendly. They have good specials. The deal I took advantage is the 2 for $ 35 special. Share an app and dessert, pick your entrée off the list(which does have some lighter choice options) and you get a margarita with the deal too. The margarita offered is their standard one, but if you wanted a flavored one, it is only a $ 1 upcharge, its a good deal. Two of us got out of there for under $ 50 including tax/tip and had a ton of food, and the drink was delicious too.

Love this Chilis. They are always coming out with new menu items and the servers are so friendly. They get very busy on weekends and handle it with ease.

everything looks great on the menu! and when you get it and taste it. it goes downhill from there. Nothing special. Lots of locals i expect… i actually had to wait for a bit and it was pretty late…10pm? and the drinks aren’t really strong, just a load of sugar.

I need to stop giving restaurants a second chance. I had a gift card to Chili’s so I stopped by. The service was horrid tonight. The wrong appetizer was brought to the table AND my entrée was wrong too. I told the waitress both times. She brought the appetizer back and got it corrected. The waitress tried to tell me the entrée was correct thought. I’d ordered a «guiltless grill» entrée, which is a lower cal/fat version of another dish they offer. They brought the regular version, with full fat ranch in the sandwich and fries instead of grilled veggies. When I told the waitress it wasn’t the guiltless grill, she went to the kitchen to get grilled veggies but didn’t have the entrée remade. With all the mistakes, the waitress never apologized or called a manager over. I didn’t eat most of my meal, and left very upset.
