Dunkin’ Donuts

Least favorite Dunkin ever. I have stopped here many times on way to work. The employees typically seem put out when you order any type of prepared food (food they have to prepare).
The employees are frequently rude, continually prompting you to hurry when ordering donuts by repeating «next, next, next» while they are filling the boxes. They are also rude to customers who can’t spew out their order in 3 seconds or less. It’s like a bad episode of Seinfeld.
Lastly, they seems to cut corners with food safety. This morning I saw them placing food directly on the «pan» that they place into the oven to heat food before assembling. They didn’t separate the food from the pan with a sheet of paper as I have always noticed at other Dunkins. It was concerning to see that.

This Dunkin’ Donuts has no drive thru which isn’t a problem for me but something I think others should know. Also they take a long time to fulfill your order especially if there are more than three people in line. This would have giving it at most three stars but what gives this specific Dunks a low score is a recent experience I had with it.
I came here with my girlfriend and ordered my usual breakfast sandwich (ham and cheese on a croissant). When I got home I opened my sandwich and was excited as I saw that delicious sandwich glowing through but when the full sandwich was revealed there was a mysterious goo surrounding half of it. Upon inspection it had a similar taste and appearance to McDonald’s sweet and sour sauce. Why in the world was this on my sandwich? I do not know. I had to drive back (only 2 minutes away from my house but still a hassle). When my girlfriend asked for a refund the clerk, with an attitude that could match Kanye West’s during his Taylor Swift incident, state that «*sucks teeth and rolls eyes* It’s just honey mustard…» That shit was not honey mustard and even so it is not supposed to be in AND ESPECIALLY NOT ON TOP OF THE SANDWICH. I did however get my money back and I probably will not be returning to this Dunks ever again, terrible service and experience. If I could give it zero stars I would.
