This store is in need of some new management. They need to take a cue from the one across from the South Shore Hospital. I came here today with a couple of friends. We should have known something was wrong when a lady who ordered before we did asked for a refund because her order was taking so long to make. Among the items we ordered were two Angus Steak Big and Toasty sandwiches. We waited about 15 minutes before they were ready. We also saw other customers waiting a long time for their food. The whole operation seemed to be dysfunctional. When they finally came out, one of my friends started eating his sandwich, and we noticed that it didn’t have steak in it, but rather bacon. We took both sandwiches back(one partially eaten). They told us they could make us two more. Well, we didn’t feel like waiting another 15 minutes, so we requested a refund. When the woman(presumably the manager, since she was the only one who wasn’t a teenager) gave us the refund, it was only for only one sandwich. Since I paid the whole bill, I asked her why I wasn’t getting a refund on both sandwiches, and you know what her response was? One of my friends had eaten half of his sandwich, so she didn’t have to comp that one. Given the long wait time, and the fact that both sandwiches were made wrong, she should have comped the whole bill, which came to $ 12. That’s what a food establishment is supposed to do when they screw things up that badly. And maybe even give you a gift card for $ 10 on top of that. Normally, I would say they were just short-staffed that day, but given the fact that the manager didn’t want to refund both sandwiches that they made incorrectly, I think there’s more dysfunction here than meets the eye
