Ideal Image is awesome! I’ve been coming here for over a year and I’m completely hooked. I like when the front desk staff call to remind me of my appointments and offer me complimentary beverages when I arrive. Maria & Felicia are the best! I remember my first appointment, Maria walked me through the entire process and even helped me save money with the 60% off promotion at the time. During my treatments, Felicia is very pleasant and keeps me comfortable by creating great conversation.
I would highly recommend Ideal Image to anyone looking for effective cosmetic changes. They are 100% professional and know exactly what they are doing!

Definitely worth the cost! I am half way through my treatments and I can not complain. The results are exactly what I was looking for. The staff is always very polite and professional. They make you feel comfortable even while treating more personal areas. I appreciate the appointment confirmation calls and emails that I receive weeks in advance as well as days in advance. They have very flexible schedules and will accommodate you the best that they can in all aspects of their business!

Tried to reach out to the to purchase a gift certificate. Wanted to get an idea of the cost for a small area – simple & straight forward. This is a gift so I wasn’t the gift certificate to be the right amount. They got back to me with a form email saying I should come in for consult. I explained my request again and have not heard back. Either they don’t need the business? Or they don’t want to be upfront about the prices?

From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and accommodating. Reception was very cheerful, and the consultant I worked with, Maria was great. So friendly and made me feel so comfortable. My friends go here too and all love it. Very clean and professional.

This is untrue. The business is not owned by a licensed physician. It has a medical director who is never there and she is not even trained or educated on any cosmetic procedures you perform. She is a pediatrician that works in RI. Her name is Tanya Becker. If this information is wrong, please correct it. Also, why is your medical director and owner’s names are not listed on your website? what are you hiding? I had a horrible experience with you and I found out you are not locally owned. You are part of a large national corporation and have no onsite medical supervision as required by law.

I phone guests and discuss any questions or concerns that they may have regarding their procedures. I am available to ideal image 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is no law that states that a physician be on-​site. Every Ideal Image center is staffed with trained registered nurses or physicians assistants. They as well will contact me at any time to discuss questions or concerns that they may have regarding a guest. I was trained by professionals that work with Ideal Image in cosmetic procedures and I attend work-​shops in order to hone my knowledge and keep up on the latest procedures and products. I’m sorry that you are such a bitter, miserable individual, and felt that you had the right to post such a malicious and false review. Fortunately, anyone who knows me, knows better. You are the only one who has to live with yourself.»
So it seems like if you criticize these guys they just call you names and attack you. But the facts remain facts. There is no trained doctor there. She is a Pediatrician and she wanted to stay in hiding and not have her name revealed. Why the secrecy?

Had treatment done same day for bikini hair removal. Hair has decreased significantly with only one treatment. Staff are on the sales side, I wouldn’t say pushy but sellers. Although nurses are very helpful and seemed all have a great understanding and experience on it. My mother who went with me also had some fillers done which looked very natural. So far very pleased with my service and don’t understand all these negative comments here.

I’m pretty sure the review beneath mine is contrived but who am I to say. My experience for the consultation was I guess to be expected? It was a sales pitch like at a car dealership. I almost feel bad for the people working there. While it looked esthetically like a very serene, clean, and professional business I got a shady feel from the sales pitch. While I think the prices are probably worth it, I can’t go to a place that makes me feel like I’m being duped. Consultants should not wear scrubs if they are not clinical too; the too tight choice and constant adjustment to them made me uneasy on top of everything else.
