This location is such a joke. The staff were perfectly nice, but the store is about the size of my living room and has such a limited selection of items, I can’t believe they even bothered. Go into Boston and shop at the Pru, its huge and has much more to offer.

I really do like The Loft. I like their clothing, nicely made. The store is nice & somewhat new. You can score some good sales in their clearance racks towards the back.
However they really need to train their staff a little better, they had only 2 sales people on the registers that were dealing with difficult transactions when they clearly could and should have open the 3rd one.
When it was finally my turn, I guess I had the Assistant manager helping me. Only because the other salesperson kept interrupting my transaction asking for help & she would stop to help her. I should have been a 3 minute transaction which ended being 10 minutes with all the interruptions.
I am still a fan of the store just not of the salespeople

Ann Taylor made a good move when it transferred to the newer section of the SSP from it’s older smaller spot years ago. The store runs some great sales from time to time & the quality of Loft clothing is pretty stand-​up grade A. This store is clean & employees are helpful in less busy times. Wish the Clearance area was larger & not so claustrophobic though.
