This is by-far the worst Vera Bradley store I have ever shopped at. The main issue is the staff. No friendly greetings. They treat their customers poorly, following them around and staring you down as if you were plotting to steal something. It is unbelievably degrading. I went in twice this week, once to return a bag that I bought on the VB website. I purchased the bag, not realizing how large it was. I brought it in to return, possibly exchange, and I asked the woman about other tote bags that would be good for caring files to and from work. The woman sighed at me as she went in the back room to fetch a bag, She came back with one bag in one color, When I asked to see other colors she was clearly unhappy with my request, making it evident to me. I went in again later this week to purchase a wallet since they were on sale. This time there were new associates than the last. These women were just as rude. Staring me down as I searched through the selection of wallets. Not once in the 10 or so minutes I was in the store did anyone greet me or ask if I would like help – they simply just stared me down as if I were some kind of thief. It was then that I decided not to give this store my business. I suggest if you’re looking to buy Vera Bradley, go to another location or buy online. No paying customer deserves to be treated this way.

I’m not one for the Vera Bradley bags per se, but I do enjoy the little accessories — sunglass cases, day planners, wristlets, etc. I’ve found the staff at this particular store to always go above and beyond the necessary call of duty. Do be sure to sign up for their catalog! They will ask for your birthday and send you a $ 20 off coupon in the mail. This past summer, I forgot to bring my coupon with me while shopping for a sunglasses case and they looked up my name and applied my coupon. So a $ 22 case came down to $ 2 and change for an out-of-pocket cost. Seriously, how awesome is that they went out of their way to hook me up with a discount? If you’re looking for Vera Bradley gifts, this is the place to go. Just because they may not have a particular style or color available on the sales floor, just ask because chances are they may have something in the back stock room.

The store is designed like the founders’ living rooms, vintage & whimsical. Within moments after stepping in, you’ll be greeted warmly… associates are wonderfully inviting and helpful. Vera Bradley products are made with their loyal customers in mind. Drop by this store sometime & check out all the beautiful patterns… everyone’s got a favorite, you will too!

I brought my mom & my 12 year old cousin here on New Years day as I guess these bags are the latest rage for tweens & teenagers. My little cuz was a little gun-shy about going in & asking for help as she thought the sales people would not help her because she was«young». Well they treated her like she was the only one in the store, showing her everything she wanted to look at and not pushy at all. They have a great selection of all their patterns & if not, they will ship it to you. Well we got her a wristlet bag & backpack & a trip over to Sephora for some Taylor’s Swift perfume & pink cover for her Mac book at Apple & the best is when she went to both of us and said she felt like a PRINCESS that day.

I love anything Vera Bradley! I was very happy that a retail location was located nearby and I finally had a chance to visit. Usually I order things online or visit the outlet store, but this was the closest location to my home and I needed to return a few items that I had purchased online. They were having a special because of Vera Bradley’s birthday on one of my favorite style bags that was recently redesigned, the 100 Handbag, to take the place of the original Handbag. The store was so adorable! I felt like I was walking into someone’s living room, just so cozy! Also because of Vera’s birthday, they had cupcakes for all the customers and mini water bottles wrapped in a decorative signature print label. All the handbags were displayed nicely and with additional colors stocked in the back. The sales associates were all so nice and helpful as well. I love the Vera Bradley Retail store because they have all the current prints and styles in stock. I love the new redesigned 100 Handbag as well. I was skeptical as to how they could improve on my beloved style, but they did it! With a roomier interior and an addition of a solid base, one perfect handbag just got that much more fabulous! I can’t wait to visit next season when they add new prints and styles! The customer service was excellent as well! I will be back again! LOVE!

With the new Vera open in the Pru, there is no way in hell I will ever be back to this store. With the merchandise the same across both stores, this entire rating comes down to customer experience. My mom, sister, and I popped in yesterday to use a birthday coupon I had received. I am the type of shopper who prefers to be left in peace to browse and then solicit help if I need it. We were accosted by every sales associate in the store(one multiple times), asking if we needed help, if we were looking for anything specific, if we were shopping for ourselves or for a gift, and multiple other variations of these questions. I can understand being asked once; but by multiple salespeople in a store that’s not that big and wasn’t that busy? Total overkill. It gets better however. I had picked out a purse and was looking for a wallet to go with it, had three or so that I was deliberating between with my mother. As we were conversing amongst ourselves, another saleswoman interrupted our conversation to try and upsell me on a massive pocketbook that I of course, NEEDED the lanyard to go with. I’m sorry, but if I’m spending 100 bucks at a pop on bags, I don’t need the hard sell. It was obvious that customer experience didn’t mean anything to the staff working Sunday 6/5, only the potential of making a sale, even if you harass your customers to do it. Sorry, I’ll stick to the store at the Pru from now on.
