Unbelievable service! Kyle was my salesman and he was incredible! Helped me and my boyfriend choose the best phones for us for the lowest price. He was amazing and it’s rare to find that kind of customer service today. I even made the point to tell the manager how great he was. If you need a new phone or have any questions, it’s worth a trip to the mall and ask for Kyle!

Worst sales team!!! they will say anything to sign you up and when you come in again they would try to make you feel like you made the whole promotion up. Luckily I saved my whole conversation with verizon online because the guy who I first dealt with no longer works there! Call up verizon customer service directly DONOT go through with these guys because they do not train the sale people correctly.

We went into Verizon yesterday to switch from AT&T. Maggy greeted us quickly after putting our names on the list. She was so helpful and knowledgable about the product. We upgraded to the iPhone 6 plus(love it). She reviewed plans with us and helped us pick out the right one for our needs and recommended these GREAT glass screen protectors! She was thorough and quick. I’m not sure how long we were really in the store but it seemed like we were in and out. She laughed at our stupid jokes and even made a few of her own! Haha. I felt like that’s what customer service should be like– so glad we made the switch– and we will always come back to see Maggy for our Verizon needs!

45 minutes later I am still waiting … I just wanted to get my upgrade and go… But they rather have 5 sales people who are just in here putting people on a list to wait for the cashiers… And there are only two. That’s why this place looks so packed cause of that and now they are telling me they don’t have it in stock

I’ll admit I have a love hate relationship with Verizon. But if you need an intercessor, ask for Steve, he’s the best! (If the stars were just for Steve, he’d probably get more…)

Not only did the dude in this store not help me ATALL… but Verizon Wireless’ customer service has gone downhill in general. I was always defending Verizon in the past, just to have it come back and bite me in the ass. I’ve never once thought of leaving Verizon till now. Do not start now!
