Terrible place to be. Went there for a simple SIM card activation. Was told to wait 10 mins… That 10 min was actually 45 min. I don’t have all day for a SIM card. Very unorganized place. Don’t recommend

Worst store. don’t wait. 1 guy enter our name in Walkin system and disappeared. my turn after 30minutes of wait not move single person on their walking screen. Some staff members back side laughing and passing time why not attend other customers. Don’t know who handle customers. Big disappointment to visit here.

The staff and managers are amazing! Kevin, and Kenny, helped me pick out my phone and get that settled, and I love my Galaxy S6 edge. Andrew who is the wizard of tech and the Manager Michael were so amazingly patient with me as I am not tech savy at all and they were able to help me pick and get the tablet I wanted. Andrew explained what would be a good fit for me and how to use it step by step! Thank you guys so much for being so great and I’m glad I chose AT&T in the south shore Plaza in Braintree

Absolute horror show. 2 on staff. 2 more come out from out back and go socialize with friends in store. Been here for almost an hour and 1 person has been helped. All this just to replace a sim card. Absolute horrible management not enough staff. 9 people waiting!

The WORST experience ever. Do yourself a favor DONOTGO to this store. The«manager» is extremely unprofessional. He would make you feel miserable no matter what your issue is, like he is doing you a big favor by even talking to you. Two times I went to this store and both times I left extremely disappointed. Even if they did a mistake(which they did in my case) they will tell you it’s your fault. It’s a shame really. I’ve been with AT&T for 8 years and never had problems with customer service before. This branch is just a very very bad representation of the whole company. Be aware and stay away!

Place is a shitshow. You go in, the associates will ignore you.. EVERYSINGLETIME. When you start to lose it, they tell you they’ll put you on a list. They will not tell the other associates they created a list so they’ll just ignore you and wait on someone that came in after you. When you are literally ready to take hostages, someone may acknowledge your presence and tell you they’ll be right with you. They won’t. Whatever your issue, schedule a minimum of 90 minutes in this hell den. You may luck out and get someone who actually knows what they are doing after your wait but it’s not likely. Go somewhere else.. you’ll thank me.

If i could have given them 0 Stars I would have… The sales reps LIE to you to get you to buy items and add on’s(like phone cases, screen protectors, and insurance) because they get paid for these extras. When i bought my 5S(the day it came out) I was told that«if anything happens to the phone and you have our 2 different insurances it would be covered and no deductible». This was after we talked about Apple care and me purchasing the phone on my AMEX card(which covers the phone 100% no questions asked). I opted for the insurance through them. I also purchased a glass screen protector for the phone. The sales rep said«yes i know its expensive($ 35) but if ANYTHING happens to it come back and we will give you a new one at no charge that’s why its expensive». 3 – 4 months back I went in to get my screen saver fixed because it was broken(physical damage) and they did it with no problem. As i talked to the rep then she informed me that the insurance has a $ 200 deductible. I was a little upset then because apple care was only $ 100 and the AMEX covered it with a $ 0 deductible. But it was to late for either of these and i had to live with it. I went in last week to get my glass replaces again and was told NO by a rep and manager confirmed it. After talking with the manager for a couple minutes his attitude changed and he became the rudest manager I have ever seen or dealt with. His ignorance for customer service is unbelievable. He told me «We cant fix yours because i has physical damage» «but we fix them here and there for people when we aren’t supposed to» so i asked if he would do it for me since i was«here» and he said«NO». I asked why and he kept repeating that it had physical damage. I said but you just said you fix them«here and there» for people. He replied«yes» then i said why cant you fix mine and he came back with«it has physical damage’ which he just said that they DO fix them«here and there». He also to me that his employees would NEVER tell a customer that there was no deductible and that they could fix physically damaged glass. I then said to him«so you are telling me I’m lying to you» he said«no i never said that» i then said«you are right but you are inferring it by saying that your girls would NEVER say that even though i just told you they did»… so long story short is this manager SUX at his job and i feel bad for his employees if he treats his customers like trash. he then walked away during the conversation and threatened me with calling the«cops» if i didn’t leave even though i wasn’t done talking to him. I will NEVER go back to this store its not worth my time.

Great service here if you talk to the right people, the manager is spot on but sometimes the others are iffy.
