Just checked out from the Residence Inn after a softball tournament weekend. This is our 3rd year staying here and it just keeps getting better. The rooms are spotless and the common areas are great for people to just sit back and socialize. The staff go out of their way to help you. Thank you to Marriott for really hiring great people who put your customers first. We will be back!

My boyfriend and I came here a few weeks ago since we were going to a party near by and didn’t want to be driving after the party. We had such a wonderful experience. The rooms were as clean as could be and the staff were very accommodating. So once again we decided to stay here since we had another party in the area. German checked us in when we got there. He was very personable and hospitable. The breakfast buffet was great and the gentleman who worked there were very helpful and friendly. The only complaint I would have is our ice machine wasn’t working in our room and we had problems with our door, had to get a new key 3 times. The next morning we were checking out and I was getting my last minute things together and some guy just came barging in the room, obviously he worked there but he could have knocked. I said we will be out in 5 minutes. I just felt that was very rude. We went to the car and came back and once again the key was not working. So we went to the front desk and told her again the key was not working, she said«Aren’t you checking out today?» We said yes but needed to get the rest of our things. I told her this was not the first time this happened. She said«Uh huh» she didn’t really seem to care or want to be bothered. We went back a few minutes later to check out and told her about the door, the key and the ice machine. She once again didn’t seem to care, I thought she would at least be writing this down. The positives defiantly outweighs the negatives.

You know all the usual nationwide Residence Inn details, but this property’s relative newness being 3 years old using the latest Residence Inn architectural plans especially the awesome lobby which takes cues from Courtyard’s latest version of layouts makes this location such a pleasure among the nation’s many other Residence Inn’s. The load is surprisingly high for this very quiet area, likely due to big pharma nearby, but is very quiet on weekends. The property is quite large with seemingly 100 rooms & laid out such that quiet rooms are to the rear away from Rt 202 frontage. The usual pool & deck area is kept as clean as this area & suburbia would expect. Overall, a grand addition to this area.

It’s my first time staying at a Residence Inn, and I must say, I’m decently impressed! Residence Inn has sort of the«home away from home» philosophy, where each room is a suite with a kitchen(stove, full fridge, dishwasher, etc.). The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It’s definitely closer to a hotel than an inn. In terms of amenities, the gym is pretty useful, the pool looks clean(didn’t try it), and there is breakfast everyday that’s actually edible. Although, the selection does get tiring after a while. There’s actually dinner on weekdays as well, but I didn’t actually have anything. Location-wise, it’s not the best. It’s right off a highway, but not like the hotel is particularly close to anything. You pretty much need a car to get anywhere. All in all, a decent stay and a pleasant surprise!
