I left this doctor 2 years ago because of problems with the rude office staff. My wife, who has seldom been to the doctor, did not. She had an early morning appointment on June 19 for a physical. We had the appointment card indicating same, took off work and fasted for 12 hours. The office staff and manager told me the appt was for a day later, a mistake obviously made by whomever entered the appt in their computer system. To make a somewhat longer story short, they wouldn’t fit us in despite their error, my losing a days pay from work and my ill wife. There were no patients and I caught the doctor as he strolled in late, pleading with him about what was going on. Indifferent and unconcerned he said, «hey, I can only see so many people». //. I cannot believe how unprofessional they entire operation is at this place! I faxed the doctor a letter noting my frustration and giving him the benefit of the doubt with his lapse in judgement, but I have received no response. In short, save yourself future problems. How would you or any of the staff here feel if the same thing happened to them? Incompetent, absolutely no attention to detail and lack any customer service skills or concern for their patients. This doctor is part of Premier Health Associates, best bet is to avoid them entirely. I’d like to note this entire negative experience, we did not receive one apology.
