This company has The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The only reason we used this company is because the sellers of our house had a contract with them. The first time they came out was okay… nothing special, no information given or any advice/tips to help with the termite activity we’ve seen. The tech did say to call in a few weeks if we see any more activity… And we did. This is when it got bad. I called for them to come in they said they could come the next day. Then they called back saying they couldn’t but we’re able to come that day from 3 – 5. My wife was running late and didn’t get home right at 3. They called my wife and she said she could there within 15 mins and asked if they could wait. The lady said that was no problem and he could wait. My wife got there within 10 mins and he was no where to be found. She called the lady back and was put on hold and then some Roy guy got on the phone. He told my wife he tech couldn’t wait and the lady was wrong. So my question is How is that our fault??? They obviously don’t communicate and my wife was given false information. She tried to explain Roy that and he started SCREAMING at her. He continuously cut off my wife and would not lower his voice. He said he was the president of the company… it doesn’t matter who you are you do not scream at any customers. He was screaming so much and threatening to hang up even when she was trying to reschedule that he made my PREGNANT wife cry. I am still shocked at this man’s behavior. I had to call back and he «apologized» but seriously I could tell he did not feel bad what so ever. Anyway… They came out(second time since we’ve lived in the house) and did what they needed to do. About a week ago we got a renewal form. From the contract we had last year the renewal fee was 153. Well the new contract said 353. When we called to find out why it went up so much Roy said«if it’s worth it to you you’ll pay it.» We’re absolutely disgusted by this man’s behavior. How do you run a business like that? My wife called after the tech had left to see if there is any explanation about why the new renewal fee is so high. The lady said because they had come out 3 times prior to this last time.(Um… Yeah the first initial visit plus two other times during swarming season). She informed us that Roy would have to call us back… Well that was several days ago. I can assume he’s not going to call back and honestly he doesn’t need to. We would never work with this company and I would NEVER suggest this company to anyone. The only reason we gave it one star is because the technician was very nice. Looking at the unhappy comment below I hope this Roy guy does not reply to our post. Please don’t dig yourself in a bigger hole. We are however happy Massey customers thanks to ACE. DEFINITELY worth OUR money.

Spoke with a gentlemen from this company today. As a consumer I was trying to compare pricing. The man could not be bothered. He told me to use whomever I had used in the past. On the positive side, he saved me any future aggregation with his company. BADCUSTOMERSERVICERIGHTOUTOFTHEBOX!

Just had my 8 step walk through. very happy. the guy was here right on time. he was helpful, friendly, thorough and answered all the questions I had. he was finished in an hour. the price for initial and follow up service is very reasonable. I am a happy consumer.

Ace does a lot of my termite and WDO inspections for my real estate business. They are always on-time and professional and they are great about explaining their reports if buyers have questions.
