Their service started off fine enough. The issue came when they recommended their lawn scape services. We had their service for 3 months and in that time they cut our grass 4 times. Both my wife and I called to simply ask when service would be completed. They said they would be stopping by the next day to preform our service. After waiting an additional 96 hours we called back to which they said we were being annoying and that they would be dropping us if we kept calling to ask. After they said this to my wife I admit that I went off the deep end. I called up and requested a refund of the money that we paid them for the service as they simple did not preform the service. The guy on the phone(who was one of the owners) told me that was not going to ever happen and that we would not be receiving their services any more. I asked about the grass that was dying that still had a warranty on it and they told me tough luck. I asked how he would like to be treated like this he told me he lived a half $ 1 million home and we should recognize that and that’s how he got a big business. The only way he is able to do that is by stealing people’s money and not performing the services. Buyer beware I have since cancelled my credit card that was on file as they are untrustworthy and will probably steal your information if given the chance.

The contract says they mow every week. More like every 9 – 15 days. I have stripes in my lawn where they did not overlap or missed with the drop spread fertilizer. Their salesman told me they could take care of Bermuda and Crab Grass. I asked several times on this, he assured me, no problem. They can’t. I have lots of weeds. They are always late with their applications and mowing, but never late with their billing.
