Applebee’s

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. Bathroom toilets clogged, toilet broken and falls over, food was horrible and drinks were horrible as well.

Love the drinks and the appetizers. Food and service are always good. Great place to come and have a few drinks with friends. They also have karaōke night.

I was at Applebee’s Brandon last night. The ladies restroom was dirty and it smelled like old Urine. GROSS This rest room needs to be remodeled badly.
ALSO the appetizer plates that we were given were dirty had dried food on them and a spoon that I was given for my coffee was sticky. Someone is dropping the ball or should I say spoon?

Several poor experiences at this Applebee’s, thought we’d give it another chance… Ugh! No improvement noted!
Service was Terrible (capital ‘T’!) and we waited more than 20″ for anyone to even acknowledge us at our table. After flagging someone down who found our server, we still didn’t get water for 10″ more.
The other thing that always irritates me about this particular Applebee’s: the music is blaring! It is so loud I couldn’t even hear what my dinner partner said. The music is always ear-​bleeding loud here — not the soft ambiance or background music that it should be.
The only positive note: the food was fine.

Let me start by saying that the staff is great. They just don’t have anything to work with.
At Applebee’s I’ve ordered fried mozzarella sticks, onion rings and a burguer with bacon and fries.
The mozzarella sticks were overcooked to the point where the outer breading shell was hard and the middle was empty, the onion rings were soggy and drenched in oil and the burger was so bad that i took 2 bites and gave up on it.
The bacon that i asked for, according to the server, was inside the burger… must have been vegan bacon, cause i couldn’t taste any of it., the cheese tasted like kraft individuals and the bun was so bad that it came apart when i tried to open it to put on some mustard.
Same texture as the $ 0.80 cent bag with 8 buns from Walmart… you know the cheapest «Great Value» bun… that’s it…
I have a philosophy. If I am paying for it, the food MUST taste good.
My bill for 2 was $ 46 bucks, and in my opinion, it was worth no more than $ 5.
Had better food ordering from the Dollar Menu at Burger king.

My BF and I came here to watch football last Sunday night… It is one of the few places that stay open late on Sunday and serve decent food until closing in the Tampa ‘Berbs… The juke box was blaring and the patrons were very «toasty» but fun and courteous…
We sat at the bar and we had a very attentive and sweet bartender… My drink was never empty and she took our food order promptly. We ordered their house salad, sriracha shrimp, and the cedar plank salmon… For drinks, he ordered beer and I had their Bourbon and Berries cocktail… I am not a typical Bourbon drinker but I loved it… It definitely mixed up my boring Vodka/​Soda routine and it has a nice kick… Sweet but full-​bodied. As for their food, my only complaint is that they do not disclose for the Sriracha shrimp that it is fried and breaded… As someone who does not typically consume fried food, I was a bit surprised… It was delicious regardless. The salad was fresh and the cedar plank salmon was tasty and high quality… Will definitely come here to watch my teams play again, but would also come here on the off season as well. Applebee’s does well for a reason, overall a great experience… One last note, on busy days like football Sunday, it would be a good idea for them to have the bathrooms cleaned a little more often…

I completely understand when servers are having a bad day and are «in the weeds.» But, when I walk in to get my own carside to go order and there are only 2 two tops and one quad seated and 4 servers standing talking about the young ones girlfriend with trust issues. I know it’s not busy and they are just lazy… then when I asked the young man with dark hair if there was a distinction between a carside to go and a pick up and he makes the I don’t know face. I assume either he doesn’t know what distinction means or he just didn’t want me to know he wasn’t doing his job. Epic fail applebees your csr training is seriously lacking. Hopefully you work on this, but I am sorry to say I won’t be back to see if it improves. P. s. I didn’t even eat the food yet and honestly, I am not really thrilled about eating it now.

Will not go back to this location. The surrounding neighborhood has really gone down. Didn’t feel comfortable having my family there. Hamburgers are pretty good. Restaurant needs some serious upgrades.

Came here last night after 10pm with my families… not much ppl during that time but they took about 20 minutes to put together a table of 11, disappointed! Beside that, everything was fine. Their «Bahama Mama» was great and it’s buy one get one free. Their apps were also ½ price during certain time periods. Will come back again for Bahama Mama!

Service is always terrible the Dj booth always is just way too loud. I ordered a order of 10 most likely frozen boneless buffalo tenders. It took 45 minutes and I watched my friends eat. The servers never check up on you. Ever. NO MATTER WHO IVE HAD.

To start off, service is normally good. This particular night a «Chanele» served us. Between getting half the order incorrect, calling her over to get a refill, forgetting to put in our desert & using the call server feature to see her make eye contact and pull her phone out to start texting; Will be avoiding her tables on our return. Maybe it’s a case of the Mondays, who knows?

Been here few times. Always at the bar. Quick friendly service. Food quality is what you can expect from an Applebee’s, but I like it. Most times I need a quick dinner. This is the right place for that.

03.01.2015 Lunch. Straight to my observations: I ordered the SIZZLING DOUBLE BARREL WHISKY SIRLOINS rare and it came well done! How could one confuse between the two distinct ends of the steak cooking spectrum!!! I had to send it back because if I wanted to eat meat well done, I could just have gotten a burger from Burger King. Also, when they say the steak comes with garlic mashed potatoes, do not believe that. Not a hint of garlic on the one I got.
My daughter ordered the 4-​CHEESE MAC & CHEESE WITH HONEY PEPPER CHICKEN TENDERS. The mac and cheese was dry. It’s mac and cheese for crying out loud! How could anybody screw that up!!!
Service was okay. Our server Valerie was always around to check if there was anything else we needed.
Will we come back? I don’t know. Maybe?

Came here for an early dinner with my mom before heading to Tampa for a show. I had the quesadilla wrap and my mom had a salad. Both dishes were okay and came out pretty quickly. One thing… it was so loud, & we weren’t even sitting in the bar area.

Host told us 30 – 45 mins wait time (our party was 10 ppl), so we patiently waited as smaller groups were being seated (even groups that arrived after us) so an hour has gone by. With no updates from the host, my sister and i went inside to ask what was going on, and the host rudely told my sister she doesn’t know what’s going on. As they were speaking, my sister spotted 3 open tables, n which they could have connected to seat us. we pointed this out to the host, and she give us an attitude and threw the menus down as demanded to speak to the manager. The manager came over, and without greeting us, he told us that they’re waiting for other big group to leave before seating us. I asked him about the 3 tables, and he couldn’t give me a reasonable reason. Customer service here lacks a whole lot.
Server and her «assist» Andy was great. They both were very attentive. But we’ll probably never return.

11:20 on Friday night and there is a line out the door. There are empty seats, but they aren’t seating the people in them. Must not be enough servers on duty… 20 minute wait, the music is way too loud. My date doesn’t want to wait and I don’t blame him. We opt to cross our name off the list and find another place.

Went to this location for the first time ever tonight for $ 6 Burger night… burgers, fries and onion rings were amazing as was the service!

Came here for lunch with my employees, the place looks nice and clean. Our sever was nice. The food was good. We were done eating lunch and looking for our server so we can order some desserts. It’s been five minutes. I saw a manager walk by so I stop him and see if he can find our server. We told wanted to order dessert and get our check. His reply was… You can order yourself by using this device. So he stood there and show us what to do. Really!!! We are not stupid. I don’t want a device. I want my server!!! The manager … I guess his name is hector. He needs to go and learn some customers service skills because instead of showing how to use a device when a ask for my server. Not once did he ask us if everything was okay? or do you need anything? Or I’m sorry I will get your server for you. I give it a 1 star because he was a jerk! I won’t go back to this location.

I love this place. Two for one drinks all day, and after 10, half price apps. I hang out here at least two nights a week. Jenna (bar tender) rocks! It’s not on the menu, but I love their chicken fajitas!

Came here for lunch with my Dad. As I’ve done so many times in the past, tried to order a lunch combo on the weekend even though it’s only a weekday promotion. You’d think I would learn, but you’d also think that Applebee’s would NOT HAND OUT THAT MENU INSERT ON THE WEEKENDS. It’s just annoying, but I’m not saying I’m not at fault.
Ended up ordering the chicken fajita rollup in a snap decision. The same thing I always get. It tasted the same as always. The service was fine, not exactly friendly, best described as matter-​of-​fact.
All told, same ol’ Applebee’s. To paraphrase Ron Burgundy «we’ve been going to the same party for 12 years and in no way is that depressing»
