You guys have screwed my order up many times, and I’ve never once complained! It wasn’t busy at all. You only had 2 of us cars in drive thru and you still manage to mess my order up again. I called to complain for the first time, but no one answered the phone?! It was dead so I don’t get it all. I’m sure you don’t care, but it will be awhile before I go to that place again.

I went through the drive-thru a few weeks ago at this location with a friend. We brought the food home and ate to find a dead bug at the bottom of my fry carton. A DEADBUG!!! That’s the last thing you want to see after you already ate the majority of your food. I called Burger King right away to explain what happened and they sounded like it wasn’t a big deal. They offered a refund but I was not about to drive all the way back and waste my gas. It sounded to me like they are used to bugs around their food because of their reaction. Needless to say, I’m scared to ever eat Burger King again and I’m DEFINITELY never going back to this location.

I haven’t been to this BK in years!!! The whoopers and onion rings are still my favorite. The employees are friendly and quick to get you your order. And better yet, I can drive away and have EVERYTHING I ordered in my bag! That’s always a plus:-)
