I love bagels but on this specific occasion I was lured into Einstein’s because of their #NationalBagelDay promotion. They were offering a free bagel and shmear with a purchase. Not only that but they were also giving donations to charity for every purchase made. I have my usual go to favorites of cinnamon sugar and cinnamon raisin but I decided to try something new on this visit. I purchased the apple cinnamon signature doughnut and revived the French toast doughnut as my freebie with the honey walnut cream cheese. The French toast bagel taste just like it sounds. The flavor or syrup was prominent and I wasn’t a fan. With my chosen shmear the bagel was cloyingly sweet and did not make for a good pair. I would suggest going for a plain cream cheese instead. The apple cinnamon bagel was tasty. I enjoyed the cinnamon sugar apples which were baked on top. My bagel did not taste fresh though and was a bit hard. Overall not a bad trip but I think I will stick with my usuals in the future.

This chain remains solid if not a bit pricey for a cup of coffee and a simple bagel. This particular location does lay claim to the most friendly Staff I have encountered… Bravo!

Located on the town’s main drag, this is a smaller store but it does offer all the varieties that a larger store might! Though they were flooded with customers, the employees rapidly took our orders and didn’t miss a beat. As with most of the other Einstein’s I’ve been to, everything was as clean as a whistle.

Love Einstein Bros! This location had many people reading or relaxing behind the screened windows. Got my bagel w/lox in a few minutes. A little less salmon & capers than I’m use to seeing on the sandwich, but overall nice little lunch.

The customer service is terrible here! There were 3 people in line while they waited on a lady who was ordering 3 cartons of bagels and wanted to pick each one out. I could see 4 other employees working behind the counter but no one stepped up to assist the other customers waiting in line. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, unfortunately this is not like Panera where they give you a side of cream cheese, they actually spread it all over the bagel. So much for saving ½ for later in the day. Way too much cream cheese on it as well.

I have always loved the everything bagels here. They’ve always been a family favorite and I literally go out of my way to get them on occasion. Every once in a while they do not have them which is kinda a bummer. The schmears are great, but I am not a fan of their bagel sandwiches. I feel like they lack seasoning. The coffee here is nothing special.

Worst Einstein I have ever be too! Customer service was horrible. I had 3 people taking to me and doing my order. The girl who started ringing me up had someone different make my order and then a diff person rig it up. So frustrating BC they forgot my drink so I had to have two separate charges. Then the soda machine didn’t work. And I waited forever with no one in line. Highly disappointed.

I love the Cinnamon sugar bagels. Long lines in the morning, but they move pretty quickly.

I would actually give it 3 ½ stars… Similar to Noah’s Bagels or Western Bagel, Einstein Bros. serves up many different types of daily baked bagels w/cream cheese or as sandwiches. They also serve wraps, salads, soups, and coffees. While I would return for the Spicy Elmo(bacon, green chilis, spicy red chili cream cheese, and Swiss cheese) egg sandwich on a roasted garlic bagel, the latte was forgettable!
