The food is really generic, they don’t do hot subs like subway, quiznoes or firehouse, the only saving attribute for jimmy johns is that they deliver and quickly at that, otherwise they’re really nothing all that special

Although it won’t wow you being just a little sandwich shop, but man when you walk in the door the fresh smell is invigorating. The «freakishly fast» order to receive time is always a plus when trying to get a quick lunch. The options are a little bit more then some other sandwich/​sub shops, especially some of their «special subs». My favorite is the «beach club» which comes with turkey, cheese, cucumbers, and avocado spread on top of the normal veggies.
And the order system is so great and simplified. Grabbing a bunch of sandwiches are more than a simple task at JJ, I’ll take a 4, a 7, and a 14 please. Boom you are done. Go to subway and you have to break out a 3 page novel to put your order in and about 5 minutes later it’s done.
Finally, you know it’s a great place to eat when mulling over suggestions of where to grab lunch, and someone mentions jimmy johns and the conversation immediately stops the car engine starts. I just wish there was more JJs around!

AGONIZINGLY SLOW!!! What they are known for– freaky fast sandwiches, this place is not.
Two employees at 10 pm… Can’t make 4 sandwiches in less than 10 min. Seriously lame. We’re the only customers here. Not a typical JJ’s

Freakishly fast… well not the last two times I have been. I come here expecting quick food. Ordered my food at 1:04pm got my food at 1:20pm. I love Jimmy Johns but the my last two experiences make me question coming to this location. To bad it’s the only one near me.

We go often for lunch and share a sandwich. Extremely quick service and nice staff. Very convinient for a quick lunch.

Great place to catch a sub sandwich I recommend the Beach club sub sandwich which includes baked turkey breast, provolone cheese, avocodo spread, sliced cucumber, lettuce, tomato and mayo. I didn’t order the sub sandwich with tomato and mayo.
The staff was very professional and really helpful with my order before hand the lady who took my order asked what kind of sandwich would I like to order and what kind I like to eat. She explain what all they offer for sub sandwiches, drinks, chips.
They have plenty of seating inside and outside as well. Easy to get to when your around the area and want to get to Jimmy John’s.

I’ve ordered subs to be delivered to work. Always fast! I always get the club tuna! It’s really good!!! So good that I don’t ever go to subway anymore! The tuna taste better than the one from publix as well.
It’s as good as the tuna sandwich I have gotten from crispers. It’s white tuna.
5 stars for speed of delivery and quality of club tuna.

Love Jimmy John’s! Fast, delicious sandwiches and the staff had been friendly every time I’ve been.

I’m a little torn with this jimmy johns. Since I’ve moved to Florida I’ve heard alit of great things about this franchise. When I went to one for the first time I was underwhelmed.
The food was pretty good but not the best. I feel like it was just another sand which shop. The bread I had was kind of dry and it seemed that there was more bread than meat.
On the plus side the food was ready quick and the actual restaurant is decorated nicely. I’ll give jimmy johns another shot but I was a little disappointed over all.

Staff is super friendly — the only reason it got a second star.
With all the hype over this restaurant, and the super funny commercials, we decided to try it out. My husband, friend, and I each ordered different sandwiches. I was extremely disappointed.
I literally could have made a better sandwich at home. Mayo, shredded lettuce, one layer of cheese and a couple pieces of meat. Yay.
For $ 4.99 I expected something better than a glorified school lunch sandwich. My friend and my husband weren’t impressed with their sandwiches either. I guess you had to order the «club» sandwiches if you wanted a filling sandwich. I make better sandwiches for my kids and they’re in elementary school.
Have I said the word sandwich enough?

Truly, there is nothing special about this place — for good subs or sandwiches, you’re better off going to Firehouse. At least they have some specialty sandwiches and don’t skimp on the meat and cheese.

Just got back from lunch at Jimmy Johns. The sandwich pictures on the web site looked nothing like my sandwich. I ordered a #2, no mayo. I got 2 pieces of beef, 4 slices of tomato and not enough lettuce to cover anything. When I opened my sandwich I could see ¹⁄₃ of the bottom bun. Really? Publix makes a MUCH BETTER sub for less and you get what you want on it and it is huge! We had to ask for napkins, they don’t have any out if you dine in. Fooled me once, never again.

Just ordered for the first time and it was awesome. Super fast delivery the sandwiches are so fresh. Will be ordering again!

When staff ignores a customer while they play rock, paper, scissor to see who’s gonna make the sandwich, makes you wonder about a business

Visited Jimmy John’s for the first time today and unfortunately will not return. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean however when asked to have my 2 sandwiches, 2 pickles and 2 drinks to go I was pointed toward a stack of bags and had to bag my own sandwiches — holding 2 large drinks how would they like me to do that? Upon opening the sandwich (which seemed more like the size of tight wrap) it looked very light on ingredients. I wish I would have taken a picture — 2 slices of roast beef for an 8″ sandwich? The 3 small slices of tomatoes left plenty of space between them and I could see the bread through the lettuce.
$ 18 for a quick takeout lunch for 2 people — I’ll stick to Firehouse subs and be happily stuffed after eating.

Crap crap crap.
Hardly any filling, punk teeny bopper employees who areclueless. For chrissake’s go elsewhere.

I travel a lot and was excited that Jimmy John’s was located close to my house. The problem is this place is run by a bunch of clowns. I tend to order online and pick up my sandwich because I am out of their delivery zone, that has nothing to do with my review.
My review is based on how they do not pay attention to the details on what I want on the sandwich. Some of these instructions can be significant if you have food allergies. Most of the time the sandwich is wrong, also it does not matter if I order when it’s busy or slow, there’s an equal chance of them screwing something up.
The sandwiches are okay, it’s chain food after all, but they could be better on how they do it.

I love Jimmy Johns. The service is just as great and just as fast as the other locations. Where else can you be in the front door and back to your car in under 1:30 seconds?
The gourmet bread is my weakness. My favorites: the #1: Pepe or the #4: Turkey Tom.
When going through a health-​nut phase, make it an «unwich».

I have always loved Jimmy Johns, with that said… A lot of the positivity comes from a great customer experience. This location constantly amazes me. Everything from forgetting additional requested toppingsand changes to making me «bag» my own sandwiches while I already have my hands full with drinks and chips. Please please please work on the little things so people can enjoy their visit as much as the sandwiches.

Jimmy John’s always delivers a great sandwich!!!
this location just opened a few weeks ago and is just as good as all the others, i was there on opening day and as expected it was crowded and the staff was still learning, but the sandwiches were good… flash forward a few weeks and they are right on par! just ate a gargantuan and it was excellent.
staff was extremely friendly and fast (just as expected). I got a chance to meet the owner and he was a great guy, very friendly, and excited over this new location.
my only complaint is… the wife and I were planning on franchising a Jimmy John’s and putting it in Brandon ourselves! Oh well this town is big enough for the both of us.
Jimmy John’s is hands down the best franchised sub shop out there, its the bread!
