Sorry to say, but I can only call our experience a BIG disappointment. The service was NON-EXISTENT??? The wait staff(including the person who said she was the the owner???) was TERRIBLE !!! They briefly stopped by our table ONLY twice during the whole time we were there and then they were«curt» and«impatient». The food was mediocre, at best, and the tea was very over priced for the quality. All-in-all it was not the enjoyable experience we were hoping for. We would NOT return.

Victorian Grace is a wonderful tea room in the Brandon area. Don’t be fooled by the pink-colored exterior that screams, «Hello, look at me!»… What you will find inside is great service, good eats and a lovely but humble space for tea time. This place is completely«Victorian tea time» in my eyes. Inside, it’s full of floral fabrics, doilies, flowers, teas, tea cups, pretty much Victorian era galore. You can reserve a private room out of several theme decorated rooms, such as the Gone with the Wind room or the Rose room. Or, you can walk in and sit in the general tea room that seats several parties at once. I found the tea room to have a very pleasant and positive ambiance that automatically put me in a relaxed mood. We had a citrus black tea that was delicious. I love tea, love black tea even more. I had about 3 cups before I told myself to quit and leave room for food. They had these cute honey pearls to sweeten your tea. I’ve never had those before! For eats that day, we had two soup options: chicken & rice soup, or tomato basil soup. I chose the chicken & rice soup, which was creamy and soulful. I love a rich soup! I tried my friend’s tomato basil soup and it was fresh and flavorful. For the sandwiches and finger foods, I loved every… single… one! The cucumber sandwiches were some of the freshest I have ever had. It’s like the cucumber was sliced at an almost perfect width so that there was just enough bite to each cucumber. The broccoli quiche bites were delicious! Not overly cooked at all and the broccoli still retained its flavor and slight crunch. The chicken salad croissant-wiches were HUGE and absolutely delicious. I was full after eating mine but of course, I had to make room for dessert. The cranberry-apricot scone was dense to the touch yet pillowy upon each bite. So delicious with the creamy cheese on top. I took the other dessert bites home because I didn’t have enough room for them all. I would love to take my mom and sister here, brother, husband, anyone that would want to come with me. Tea time is so much fun and it’s really a wonderful time when you go to Victorian Grace. Great service, great food, great ambiance! :-)

My grandmother and I have been here numerous times and we always enjoy our experience. The staff is friendly, the décor is pretty charming, the creamy chicken and wild rice soup is delicious, and the scones are normally very good. Overall, it makes for a nice, relaxing afternoon.

I went here the other day with my husband and really enjoyed our experience! We were a little hesitant at first because of the price for afternoon tea but in the end decided to go for it. Soups– excellent Sandwiches were really good but was expecting egg salad and there was none. Devonshire cream just seemed like whipped cream? SCONESWERETODIEFOR!!! We had white chocolate cinnamon chip and I am still day dreaming about them. I asked for recipe and they said no. HA! Was a little disappointed I had to ask for lemon curd on the side. That should come with the tea. Tea was lovely but they up charge you if you want to choose your own and not the«house tea» of the day. My husband was a little freaked out by the décor and thought it was a bit too much like a haunted doll house but I thought it was sweet. Overall I had a great time and wish there some of these in Orlando!

Two stars because the decorations were very nice. The food is a no-no. Disappointing. I am very familiar with and love High Tea and this is not it. First of all, who serves ONE cucumber sandwich at high tea? High tea is supposed to be served with several dainty sandwiches. This was served with a big croissant with chicken salad and ONE cucumber sandwich. Where are the other sandwiches that I always get at High Teas? Second, they gave us a choice of chocolate chip-cinnamon scone or mango coconut, neither of which were great. No plain scones? Really? Third, they said that they would serve Devon cream with the scones and whipped cream is NOT Devon cream. Fourth, they charge way too much. Fifth, when I bring a child to High Tea I expect them to be served food that is served at High Tea, not chicken nuggets or pizza rolls. The kids did not like the food. The soups were good. All I can say is this was a Big Bummer. If you like authentic High Tea skip this.

What a lovely place! Came here with my long-time tea buddy. We were seated in a small private room with only one table in it. It was just perfect for catching up with a friend! The prices are appropriate for the amount of food served. The scones were fresh — actually still warm — and delicious. The proprietor was friendly and made us feel welcomed. If I lived in this area, it would be a regular stop.

I am not a huge tea drinker myself. For my best friend’s little sister’s birthday we went one year. It was adorable. Little areas all decorated differently. Private rooms available if given time in advance. We had delicate little cucumber sandwiches and little tarts. I am not a huge of tea but the chai tea I had was pretty good. Mainly you pay for the atmosphere. It is beautiful, with a gift shop and everything vintage you could think of. We raised our pinkies high and giggled like little girls.(Including her dad.) I will come back again some day.

The cutest most adorable tea house I have ever seen. My mother and I went here to have tea and lunch. The house was decorated so cute and lovely. The pasion fruite tea was delicious as was the lunch. There salad dressing is amazing!!! I loved that they had different rooms to have tea in as well if you have a larger party and that the rooms were decorated in themes. I loved the«Gone with the Wind» room. This place is too cute and cannot wait to visit again.
